"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were incredible. It's also kid-friendly, which we appreciated. However, the hotel is quite far from the beach, so it's not recommended if you're traveling with seniors. The food was a bit expensive, but we had a great time enjoying drinks by the pool area."

"I came here for white sand beach. But in fact beach is so dirty... during 5 days I've been here all days were so many seaweed and plastic in the water. One day I even couldn't swim. Snorkeling is poor as well. Hotel is clean and nice. But there some things, I didn't like. 1. No shower at the beach. 2. Security doesn't do anything with annoying sellers at the beach. Literally every 3-5 minutes I was distracted by locals selling something. I came here for peace and calm. This is annoying so much 3. I asked at the reception can I take phone and pocket to the beach, they said NOOOO it's not safe. Keep all your things with you. How can I relax in such environment? What exactly security do there then? 4. The price for this hotel equal to Marriott, but quality is not the same. I feel economy through everything. Very thin toilet paper. Diluted soup in washroom. And breakfast ... First time in my life I saw cheese cold cuts size 2×2 centimeters. Literally. I paid a lot for this hotel and don't want feel economy vibe. 5. Evening buffet doesn't work everyday. Yeah, it cost not much... but anyway meat there was with bones or soooo hard to chew. Again this economy vibe🙄 was it hard to take a normal meat? Not the cheapest one 6. Check out at 11 am.... what? I've been at 25 countries and hundreds hotels. This is first time check out so early. I asked for late check out and what they gave me is 1 hour more. So basically just a normal check out time. Insane 7. The quality of drinking water is very bad. 8. Ice for drinks probably made from tap water. It's too bad. 9. I feel pressure from sign near elevators. ”Using the stair promotes good health”. I've got a knee injury, I can't use stairs. Didn't I pay enough to use elevator? Or again you wanna save some electricity? Why to put this sign? Again this economy vibe... So faithful for this place is 6.5/10 But any sense to come here? Beach is so dirty..."

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful resort. The infinity pool is stunning, and the direct beach access makes it even more special. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and clean. However, considering the price of €200 per night, the value for money could be improved. For the Philippines, this is quite a high rate, and we expected a bit more luxury. The breakfast buffet was quite basic — mostly cheap fruits like apples, oranges, and watermelon. We would have appreciated more tropical options, which are usually standard in the region. Also, cappuccinos were not included and had to be paid separately; only basic filter coffee was available. Overall, it’s a great resort, but the pricing doesn’t fully match the experience"

"Beautiful in a minimalistic style, two nice pool areas, one with infinity pool. We stayed for just one night, and we were mostly out of the hotel on day tours. Breakfast was very good, dinner was okay, not great. Compared to other hotels we stayed in the Philippines, this one is on the small side and maybe less family-friendly, more for couples."

"Surely it’s very nice 5 star hotel, but still one thing you need to consider before booking. The beach is sandy and zones nearby are quite comfortable to stay in and have a rest on the shore. But if you’re snorkeling fan - not a good option for you. On the photo you can see what happens on low tide. Surely you need to wear coral boots (mandatory!!!) and walk a long distance before reaching point where you can swim and snorkel. Still famous aero plane wreckage can be easily accessed and seen underwater. Coral bottom of the sea quite poor on this beach. But you can see a lot of different starfishes."

"the room had many molds in the bathroom whoch could easily be cleaned with a bathroom cleaning liquid. the closet had a bite from something like a termite. the cart used for room service was very dusty. the aircon vent clearly has not been cleaned for years since accumulated gray dust of 0.25 inches can be seen in the vent. the room we stayed at was near the side of the public beach. it was noisy in the daytime because of beach goers with loud karaoke speakers staff were exemplary but cleanliness needs to really be improved"

"During my 3-night, 5-day trip to Bohol, I stayed at Northzen for 2 nights. It was unfortunate that it cost almost twice as much as usual because it was the ***** New Year holiday, but… It was the best choice I made during my trip to Bohol, and I had a great time~~. Both the sunrise and the sunset were beautiful. The sea reflected the shadow of the sky, and the beautiful scenery was amazing. Personally, I liked the sunrise better. You have to take a tuk-tuk to get to Alona Beach (15 minutes/200 pesos), but the beach side feels a bit complicated… The leisurely and relaxed atmosphere of Northzen really makes you feel like you’re on a high-class vacation. I think it’s perfect for those who want to take their time. I suffered from seasickness after the hopping tour, but I was able to choose porridge from the breakfast menu. The porridge was so delicious and perfect for Korean tastes."

"This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to say what the best part of this experience was because from the moment we checked in, It was perfect. The meet and greet staff, the beautiful room and amenities. There was an associate Zevie, that took care of us like family. We were fortunate enough to meet the man behind the recipes and menu, Chef Julian. The food was excellent. I’ve never experienced blue Marlin the way he prepared it and the appetizers were also Prepared to perfection. Thank you Chef for making my fiancé‘s birthday dinner an unforgettable evening. We also had the pleasure to meet Danish Khan, The property GM and manager Carl. I felt like I knew these two amazing men for such a long time and now we’re connected like family. This Experience scored 10 out of 10! Truly five ⭐️ As I returned the next day to retrieve items I had left in the room, Anne from the reception Area Continued the five star treatment by taking her time and showing me she really cared about the customer, not Just talking about it. Actions do speak louder than words, so thank you Anne for you’re over the top care, attention and Quality Service. We can’t wait to come back."

"I had a wonderful time at Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and appreciated the easy access to the beach. The overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind. The spacious rooms and well-maintained facilities added to the comfort of my stay. I also appreciated the resort's proximity to local attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. I look forward to returning for another memorable experience."

"First of all l wasn't expecting the level of services l Got. Loved everything about the hotel. Its serene. There is a beach yet not crowded like the alona beach. Me and my daughter had the best moments there.our flight was 10 hrs delayed and we reached quite late, they were constantly coordinating with me since l informed them l am a lady who will travel with a kid alone. From the airport we got a complimentary ride the hotel, all nicely arranged. Room was very clean despite in a very green location. Food: they have varieties of food and it was simply awesome. Drinks were reasonably priced. Food was fresh, l could understand that from the taste. All the Service providers were very jovial especially Sanders and Jane. Anne in the front desk if l remember the name correctly, l had most interactions with and she was kind. Surroundings : the area has a colonial old era charm to it. The eating area has a great view of the sea. We stayed there for 2 nights then moved to another resort in alona and missed this one. The pool was warm during the night time which was soothing. If there was any chance l would have rated 11/10. For now 10/10."
