"Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon."

"Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that."

"Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time."

"There is little information about this hotel in Chinese. The following is the most intuitive summary: 1. Location and environment: The hotel is located in the 7-character area, and the beach is very beautiful. However, some good areas of the beach and lounge chairs with mattresses are charged. There are two swimming pools in the hotel, one is for adults and the other is for children, but even in the adult pool, there are many children (the staff does not manage this much). Except for the lounge chairs with mattresses next to the pool, the rest are free, but people often use bath towels to occupy seats but do not use them, which is very annoying. Bath towels need to be exchanged for pink bath towel cards. The hotel will provide one card per person when checking in. If you need an additional bath towel card, you can ask for it at the front desk. 2. Beach and pool facilities: There are bars on the beach and next to the pool. When you are in a good mood, you can give a $1 tip when ordering drinks (it doesn’t matter if you don’t give it). Food is served every day by the pool. Taco is delicious, and the others are so-so. Sometimes coconuts or pineapples are provided. After getting used to the all-inclusive package, you will directly ask for it, but it is actually charged (a coconut is $10). If you go into the sea, there are some places where you need to pay attention to the big rocks under your feet. If you get scratched, you can ask the beach lifeguard for a band-aid. 3. Entertainment activities: The hotel has performances at 8 o'clock every night, including Broadway, magic, circus, etc., which are very worth watching. 4. Room service: The room is clean as a whole. The drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator are free and will be replenished after eating and drinking. If you leave a $2 tip, there will be an extra surprise. 5. Food and restaurants: The hotel has five formal restaurants: buffet restaurant, Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Asian restaurant and barbecue restaurant. • Breakfast and lunch: Most of them are solved in the buffet restaurant. The dishes are standard, but the freshly made pasta tastes good. (Other restaurants are open at 5 pm) • Italian restaurant: Highly recommended! From appetizers (carpaccio, cheese and tomato) to pizza, steak, risotto, pasta, and even tiramisu dessert, all are very delicious. Because the queue is particularly serious for the best food, it is recommended to queue up at 4:45-4:50 before the restaurant opens at 5 o'clock. • Mexican restaurant: The steak and tacos tasted great, but I couldn't appreciate the Mexican seasoning. • Barbecue restaurant: I haven't tried it, but I've seen the menu. It's similar to Brazilian barbecue. They'll cut whatever meat you like. I haven't looked at the menu carefully. • Asian restaurant: I suggest you ignore it. As an Asian, the food here is so bad that you can't eat it. There's not a single dish you can eat. Even American Chinese food is much better than here. 6. Lobby facilities: There is a small bar and a 24-hour cafe in the lobby. The cafe offers a wide variety of bread and sandwiches, which is very convenient and suitable for replenishing energy at any time. 7. Cost-effectiveness and suitable crowd: Overall, this is a very cost-effective all-inclusive hotel, suitable for family travel. If you are a couple, you may feel that there are too many children and it's a bit noisy. The all-inclusive service that costs two or three thousand yuan cannot be compared with high-end hotels that cost five or six thousand or seven or eight thousand, but it will definitely not be a thunder. If you want to experience a cost-effective all-inclusive trip with your partner, parents, and children, this hotel will be the best choice."

"Intercom Lots of beach beds and umbrellas,extremely clean,not designated so ppl from other properties come and use it,waiters constantly offer food/drinks NOT free 100pesos for corona,food more than back home in Canada roughly 300pesos for wings or burger or chicken *****s. Freshly baked fish 750Pesos/kg, 3 tacos-300pesos. Tiny buffet if you think you gonna have rows and rows of food think again,MayBe 20foot long buffet,EXACT same food for 10 days(brutal).One person working @ omelette station with min 12min wait.Even though it was prepaid breakfast they make you sign a receipt 1100Pesos, couldn't figure out why, so after 4th day we were getting ZERO service, yup wouldn't even offer a cup of tea/coffee,ended up figuring it out,they expect 10% tip on the 1020Pesos(cost of breakf for 2ppl) so 100pesos each time you eat(NOT joking),so our 20-50pesos tips WERENT enough! For dinners we ALWAYS go off resorts when in cancun cuz there are soo many great options,this hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants like Harry's, Mono, Ilios,but bus station is right outside (12pesos each way) Room facing Lagoon which is main road,can hear EVERY car, person talking,so noisy day and night,plus our room was next to janitor's room so in and out slamming door and talking on a radio from 6am till 6pm(BRUTAL!)shower is large,sink over floating, mattresses rock hard but sheets are super white,AC worked well, 2pools,restaurant and pool bar empty.Lots of beds avail, Check in/out super quick and front desk people are Extremely helpful! So there's gas station across the street beer is 25pesos, there's supermarket 7min walk beer is 15pesos and has fresh Fruits,liq,jugs of water Basically if you looking for Mexican experience ALL inclus,cheap food/drink this is NOT it! If you looking for quiet getaway with prices on higher end but still be in Mexico this is the place for you! If you looking for same sand and all inclusive def need to look else where unless you don't mind grocery shopping on your vacay. Would I come back to this location-I doubt it,just doesn't make sense to me in sense of México experience!I def don't feel like spending more $ than I do @ home"

"There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages. Pros : 1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime. 2. The room was clean and the view was stunning. 3. The room has a small place for room service. Cons : 1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though. 2. Location is a little far from the main street. 3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person."

"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

"Invincible sea view, invincible location and beach, you can snorkel directly at the hotel's own beach to see 10 species of fish, each species is a group of groups. The waves are very gentle and swimming is safe. Good food, good service, the hotel is very elegant and face-saving."
