Not a smart choice. No wifi in the hotel and no signal in the room. It means you can do nothing. The hotel is new, but it's quite dirty for everything.

This review is because the front office leader name SYAIFUL behavior is complete unacceptable horrible and uneducated parrot, where I suggest he should work as janitor and maybe this place can be more clean. The place is disgusted, dirty and horrible location close to the muslim mosque where in the middle of the night start singing and noisy. The water is dirty filth, smelly. The bed super dirty and I got bedbugs in my body also it’s noisy from air condition engine as the weather his calling front bulshit leaser put me at the end if rooms close to air-con noisy in porpoise. Hope you get fired. *******

Good • Nearby convenient store, Indomaret. • Nearby mall, Tunjungan Plaza. • Nearby market, Pasar Kembang. Bad • Breakfast wasn't great, minimal selections. • There's an entrance fee whenever entering the area via vehicle. • Toilet floor was slippery when it's wet. • WiFi connection was slow.
