Location : very convenient, subway is just infront of the hotel Cleanliness: the bed and room is so clean, no bed bugs love it so much. Amenities: they have all sorts of Amenities provided. But you would have to collect it near the front desk. They have so many things such as, mask, toothbrush, comb, shaver(very good one) and many more Service: staff are very polite and helpful, the only drawback is they are not proficient in english. But at least they try to provide the best service. No complaints Overall: recommended and nothing to complain

Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

The location is perfect! Right next to Sapporo JR station, most convenient location from the airport and central from shopping. If you only have 1-2 days in Sapporo, I can't think of another place to stay. Right beneath the hotel there are Stellar Place and Daimaru. Another big shopping centre just across the street. One subway station away from Odori/ Susukino. Hotel rooms are decent. Nothing to complain. They even offer massage services in the room until midnight. I will definitely pick this hotel if I return to Sapporo.

A great hotel with lots of restaurants (that were fully booked during our stay). Easy walk to many attractions and convenient placement of cafe and Starbucks. Room was comfy but not very soundproof. The guests above us were very noticeable; lots of foot stomping and moving around from 7:00am which wasn’t ideal. Great shower, water pressure was brilliant and the bath products were good.

2 small double beds were fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great breakfast buffet including wine and ice cream, salmon roe, cod roe and rice porridge for kids! Late checkout incurs a fee of 2000 yen an hour. Right outside exit 9 of JR with complete step-free access from the JR trains. No facilities but at least the lifts are fast. Close to daimaru where there is a Pokémon Heaps of mainland chinese tourists but I would definitely stay again.

Staff from hotel gracery 1. Morita 2. Mark faucett Solid hotel with exceptional customer service. Special mention to staff (1) Morita and (2) Mark Faucett for helping us and accommodating to our needs. My son was down with influenza and it is through them we manage to pay a 2nd visit to children hospital that take in foreigners. The first one wasn’t that effective as it is an A&E with no children doc to prescribe controlled ***** for a 4 year old as i was told. My special thanks to the hotel staff and really appreciate their help and support. In all my years of travelling for business and leisure, this is top notch customer service that makes a huge difference to receiving customer and guests. Parking - 2000 yen for 2 days but note extra charges if you exceed 12pm. We pay 800 yen for 2 more hours of parking.

Hotel is near the subway station. Got a free room upgrade and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and staff were polite and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
