The room was a typical Japanese business hotel setup, though it felt a bit more spacious than usual. It was also very clean.
They thoughtfully provide complimentary amenities for children, including special indoor wear, pillows, and toiletries.
The onsen (hot spring bath) was excellent. After a relaxing soak, you can head downstairs to the first floor for a refreshing welcome drink.
Breakfast was absolutely outstanding. All I can say is, just take a look at the quality and presentation of the seafood bowl!
The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. One particularly kind and lovely lady at the front desk truly charmed my child, who even drew a little picture in our room specifically to give to her!

The hotel is located above a shopping mall. You need to take an elevator up to the 7th floor to transfer to another one for the guest rooms. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it's not a hassle once you're familiar with it. As a city hotel, the rooms are compact, which is quite typical of Japanese hotels. The toiletries were unbranded, but the breakfast was decent and certainly met four-star expectations. Although the window was small, the view was excellent. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. Interestingly, bottled water is only provided when the room is serviced. If you decline cleaning, you don't get water. For a partial clean, you have to collect it yourself, and only a full room service includes water delivery to your room. I still can't quite wrap my head around this logic.

Our first stop in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Transportation was very convenient. There's a direct airport bus from the airport; we got off at Susukino station, and it was about a 3-4 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel facilities were a bit dated, but generally acceptable, especially since we were out exploring all day anyway. Just a few minutes' walk away is Cocono, which offers dining, shopping, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The supermarket stocked a variety of Hokkaido-exclusive Sapporo products. We got a great deal on this hotel through a Ctrip group purchase.

The room is not that big, but there is enough space, you can even easily keep your suitcase open. The staff is very responsive. The location is just great - everything you need and even more is nearby. If necessary, you can wash your clothes here, which is very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, the soundproofing is good, or I just didn't have neighbors :)

Our family of 3 had a great 9-day stay in Daiwa Roynet in Susukino. Room is clean and spacious for 3 persons and 2 big opened luggages. Hardness of mattress gave a good back support after a day of walking and touring the city. Location of hotel is superb, walking distance to all attractions such as Odori Park, the famous Tanujikoji Street, Nijio market for fresh seafood and a long underground shopping mall that links from Suskino to Sapporo station. You will never starve for food as many good eateries, mini-marts and restaurants around the hotel. Subways near hotel and most importantly, the to and fro airport bus within walking distance. Very glad to have chosen to stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! While its location is a little off the beaten path, that's perfectly acceptable. Compared to cramped rooms where you can barely turn around, this hotel felt incredibly spacious and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the tatami mat area and small table in the room, along with the excellent wet/dry separation in the bathroom.

Absolutely loved this hotel and would visit again. Location is 5min from Susukino center, the facility is clean and well kept with excellent hygiene. The room had high ceiling and a big window which made the stay feel more spacious despite the typical small Japanese hotel rooms, and had all the amenities I needed. What I loved the most was the professionalism shown by all the staffs. The front desk staffs are kind, willing to help, and could speak English (though I spoke mostly in Japanese, this is important because I've stayed in other hotels in Sapporo where the staffs didn't even bother to understand nor speak English, and I couldn't get the help I needed). The cleaning staffs were also very kind and professional. The breakfast was beyond my expectation! Close to the airport bus station and if you are traveling by subway, the hotel is right by Hosui Susukino station :) Thank you Comfort Hotel for the lovely service🙏🏻

We booked the family room. Room is big, clean and quiet. Even our room is nearby elevator, and the hotel is by the road side, we didn’t hear any noise/sound. Comfy bed. Walking distance to susukino area. They only have 13 parking slots for guests, website written first come first serve, free for guests. However there was one night we saw one free slot but one japanese lady stand there waiting her daughter for about 30 minutes and said they paid for the parking, we can’t park. We stop there as there was no space at the nearest parking. We checked with front desk, the staff on duty (a lady, can’t speak English) communicated with them in Japanese and then told us we can’t park there. We had to get a paid parking nearby and tried to communicate with the front desk again. She said hotel manager will reply us in email about this case. The manager emailed the next morning informed they will put a cone whenever there is a free slot the next day, they will reserve a slot for us. The next day morning as there were many slots so we just park our car there. But we didn’t see any reserved parking with cone.
The hotel and room is good. Just need to improve the front desk service. We stayed 4d3n.

Great
SShenghuotanxianjiaThe room was great, the atmosphere was very real, with a retro American feel. The room was very clean, and the breakfast bread with tomato chicken soup was delicious. There was also a microwave in the room. It was very neat and clean. I would choose

BBH88Overall, it’s a standard ibis Styles experience—nothing much to complain about. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding customer service. We accidentally inserted a coin into the card machine, mistaking it for a coin exchange machine. When we approached the staff for help, they promptly assisted us in retrieving the 1,000 yen and even delivered it to our room.
The location isn’t as convenient as Susukino, but Nakajima-Koen Station is just a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around.
Breakfast was average, with a decent selection of salads and small side dishes, but limited main courses. The highlight for me was their delicious banana ice cream.

GGuest UserVery nice location, a tad bit far from train station if you have luggage though (like an 8 minute walk). Otherwise great. Cheap late check out fee like 1000 yen per an hour!

CCHIN HONGOur rooms were thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Modern amenities and comfy bedding. Love the portable table and the space to keep our luggage underneath the bed.
The hotel location was also close to public transport, eateries, convenient stores and malls. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

、、yinhe~The hotel has a good sanitation environment, but the accommodation space is relatively cramped. Check-in is efficient and convenient. No Chinese service is provided. The public lounge area is quite high-end and very Japanese. I like it very much. The next morning at around 6:36, the Japanese guest in bed 802a called and cursed early in the morning. It was too noisy and seriously affected my rest until I woke up. This is the first time I have such a stay experience. It's a bit too bad.

VVlad SpaceAwesome spot, close to parks and beautiful view to the street. I booked a smoking room without knowing what I got myself into, but the room was spotless, the water pressure amazing, and the bath tub accomodating.
For future travelers: if you don't smoke, do not book a smoking room!

BbobbiipinNice and cosy hostel in convenient location, not too far from Nijo market and Susukino. There were convenient stores and coin laundry nearby as well. Bed was snuggly and comfortable although it was a shared room. Having bar downstairs was both a benefit and drawback. It was convenient to get food & drink after a long day travelling and you don't want to leave for anywhere else, and their bar has great selection of drinks. However, the sound from the bar can be loud so earplugs is highly recommended to ensure a good night sleep. The bar area is also a smoking zone as well so even though the dorm is strictly non-smoking, the smell might still bother you if you're sensitive. Overall I think it's a not bad value for what you pay for, and great if you want a bit more lively hostel rather than quiet place.

유유경I was worried because there were not many reviews, but it was a pretty satisfactory accommodation. I leave a review for those who make a reservation.
I traveled with 3 people, but I was worried that the Japanese accommodation was generally small, so I was worried that it would be like this here, but it was so nice that the two double beds, the room was spacious, the kitchen was equipped and comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood, so I don't know if I can hear noise outside and the soundproofing is good or the people living are quiet, but it was nice to be quiet. The bed was also an iron bed at first, but it was fluffy and stable, so I could sleep well. The downside is that I didn't refill the towel, so if I didn't have enough, I had to wash it myself with a washing machine inside. The location was good as it was a 10-minute walk from Susukino Station and a 5-minute walk from Nakajimakoen Station. There is also a convenience store (Family Mart) right nearby. I would like to use this property on my next trip to Sapporo.

HHuiyu9696The hotel is kinda old-fashioned and it need key to unlock instead of card. The toilet has abit odour and dusty on the table and coffee machine. However, staff is helpful and friendly. Location wise is near Susukino.
One thing need to be caution is someone unlocked my room, luckily I had used the anti-thief chain. I’m not sure the key it’s shared Kay among the room or the housekeeper unlocked it. Please improve!

QQINGThe location of the hotel is really excellent. It is 1 minute left after going out and it is Tanukikoji Commercial Street, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The service is also very good, but the facilities are too old. It has been raining in Hokkaido these days, and there is a smell in the corridors and rooms.
