It is good to be here at Best western sapporo odori koen. You can go both Susukino and Odiri area within walk distance. Staff are very friendly and informative. Will choose to stay here again if any chance in Sapporo. Room size larger than other regular hotel with baggage space

Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

Good stay at this hotel. Like it. Convenient area where you can get to your destination easily.

Strategic location, only 100m walk to Tanukikoji and nearest Subway station Susukino. Family Mart convenience store below the hotel for emergency food and drinks supplies. The room itself was spacious and relatively bigger than other hotels in Sapporo, equipped with microwave, washing + dryer machine. It was also clean. If required, you could also request for extra bowls / cutleries from the front desk, which we did. The microwave was a lifesaver as we spent our new year eve and new year day there and most restaurants were closed. Only downside is the hotel doesn't have a hot spring. The staff also understandably didn't allow us to store our big bags overnight as we were staying at Furano for a night before coming back to Sapporo again.

This hotel shines thanks to its prime Susukino location, placing you steps from Sapporo's vibrant nightlife and dining. The clean, modern aesthetic and polite staff further enhance the experience. Rooms are equally well-maintained, but with a curious caveat: in-room amenities are minimal. Retrieving extras like a toothbrush or comb requires a trip down to a slightly inconveniently located amenity station near the lobby. While this quirk slightly disrupts the flow, the hotel's location and cleanliness remain strong selling points. A perfect choice for those prioritizing convenience, but be prepared for a minor amenity treasure hunt.

the location was perfect and the hotel vibe was warm and cozy. I feel safe in this hotel. The room was small but it was comfortable. No tv in the room but you will be out and about for the whole day. Would definitely come back here but the prices are steep.

Location is not bad, not as near to Susukino as other similar hotels but, they have their own parking garage, which cost only 1500 yen for the day plus you can move the car in and out without restrictions. Just need to bring the card to front desk to validate it each time when you go out. We walk to Susukino and the shopping arcade by foot, it takes 20-30min walk, we can actually see the shopping arcade No.7’s section from our window. All in all I like this hotel a lot, breakfast selection is great, but the room size is quite small, well I think this is normal here in Japan in the city. I would come back and stay at this hotel again if I shall return to Sapporo.

Karaksa Hotel Sapporo is right smack in the middle of Tanujiko shopping and dining belt. The Ramen Alley is also nearby. It is close to the entrance of Pole Town, which links all the way to Sapporo JR Station. Walk past Odori metro station in the direction towards Sapporo JR station, you can also easily access Aurora Town on your right, another underground shopping stretch that leads to Aurora Plaza. The hotel provides free ice-cream and drinks at level 2F. The onsen is also conveniently located at level 2F. A coin laundry service is also found near the onsen area but the dryers don't seem very effective. I had to put enough 100 yen coins to use the dryer for 6 whole hours before they were completely dry! Room size is just nice for 2 pax, however it would be a tight squeeze for 3 adults. There isn't much hanging space for clothes in the room so I had to improvise by getting S hooks from Diaso.

I love my stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo. It is basically close to everything. Shopping, foods and transport. Nijo market, Daiso, Cando, Tanukikoji shopping street, Donguri, soup curry, etc. I can basically buy and walk back to hotel to put my stuffs then continue to shop again. And I enjoy sitting at the Odori Park everyday because it is close to the hotel. The room is nice, it has microwave oven and washing machine! But the dryer took forever to dry my clothes. I love the small desk too. About the cons, I think it is the fridge which is not cold enough and there is not enough space to hang your clothes. There is hangers but the existing design is not practical at all. To talk from Sapporo station to the hotel, it is tiring but there are many shops and chairs to rest along the way. I took some rest a long the way at the Seico Mart. Quite enjoyable actually. I really enjoy my stay here. If I come Sapporo again, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks.
