Hotels in Nakajima Park, Sapporo

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, a family of 5. The room is large enough to accommodate all of us and was very neat and clean. The restaurant which served breakfast was quite small but the food was decent. Our car is 7 seater and was too big to be parked indoor. However, the public carpark was few steps away. Staffs were very friendly too. Overall, it was a happy stay.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Hinako Saito, who has been exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay. She resolved our issues promptly and with great patience, making us feel very comfortable. However, I encountered a significant issue with the hotel room. I fail to understand why the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is transparent. When one person is sleeping, the light from the bathroom disrupts the entire room, making it uncomfortably bright. This situation forced me to use the flashlight on my phone while using the bathroom, which was inconvenient. As a result, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The three stars are for Miss Hinako’s excellent service, and the remaining 0.5 star is for the cleanliness of the room.

The hotel is grand and elegant. Location was good as it is only walking distance to Nakajima park and Susukino. However it is an old hotel albeit well maintained. First night I had an experience there is bed bug but they responded promptly and change to another room. Things were fine after that. This hotel will be better if they provide more amenities like Onsen for the price . Also they don’t allow check in to the system and leave my luggage before if it is before 3 pm. I can only leave my lugggage there before 3 pm. Regardless, it is a decent hotel .

The hotel is located right across from Nakajima station and across from airport bus stop so the location is def convenient. Check in process was smooth and the front desk staff speak good English and were helpful when I asked them about info regarding Chuo bus to furano the next day. Single room was good space and clean for one person. I requested a high floor quiet room away from elevators and I got what I requested and am pleased. They got free flow of beverages at the lobby which I appreciate. Their breakfast buffet has a great varieties esp for the sashimi seafood bar which I m impressed. The quality of food was good and fresh so it is great values. The only drawback is the breakfast hall is a bit small and crowded so I would recommend they expand the size of breakfast hall so it can accommodate more people. I came on a weekday in March and not the peak traveling season but they already barely got any empty tables this morning.

One of the best options in Nakajima park. Very professional staff, free coffee in the lounge, a small cake shop and a really special energy. I try to stop over and stay here when traveling through Hokkaido. The staff are really great and are a credit to the Premiere hotel brand. They deserve to be commended for their great service. I always look forward to staying at Premiere even if it's just for one night.

I rebook Daiwa after my short trip to Otaru mainly because my previous stay is fantastic. Room fixtures are still very new and clean. The bath and shower are separated and is huge compared to most Japanese hotel. It is close to metro station. I have to say that staff are awesome and with very positive attitude and willingness to solve any issues. What I also like most is that they have a status update on the public bath and restaurant so that I don’t go in those times when the place is super crowded. Will definitely stay here again. Genuinely Thank you all staff in DRH who make my stay so enjoyable.

My wife and I checked in the hotel from 10-14 July 2024. Upon check-in, we were attended by a female counter staff. After checking both my wife and my passport, she mentioned that the room was booked for 4 nights for only 1 person and that I’ll have to pay ¥1,500 additional for each night that my wife stays with me. That added up to ¥6,000 which I felt was totally unnecessary because there was no additional costs incurred regardless my wife is staying with me in the room or not. I tried to speak rationally to the staff attending to me but due to some Japanese rules, she frowned and insisted that I’ve to pay for the ¥6,000 which I have no choice but to pay up. After paying the ¥6,000 we went up to room 705 and realized that the carpet in the room was so old and dirty with stains all over, especially along the main passageway. The bathtub is the only location we can take our shower in and it creaks whenever we step inside, sounding like it’s gonna break apart anytime. The water temperature was also irregular. Though this hotel is conveniently located just minutes walk away from Takajima-Koen Station, we doubt we’ll ever stay back at the hotel ever again. A negative impression has been created since the moment we checked into the hotel and nothing has changed throughout our stay there.

Without giving me trip coin. I also want to recommend this hotel. Firstly, due to my connecting flight is delayed, hotel staff willing to assist me with my request. I do really appreciate the help they have given . Secondly is that, the location is just next to train station. It is superb for the location. Thirdly, the picturesquare view during autumn could just observed from my room. It is really amazing experience. This is my second time went to Hokkaido, twice I also stay at this hotel. Yes.coming Spring or winter I shall stay at same hotel . The breakfast is plenty of choices and I enjoy It. Thumb up ,

Good location and friendly staff. Someone knocked our room in the middle of our first night but after calling the staff they helped us to check and all good, it could be just someone from next door knocking by mistake. Service was great.

I think the hotel is pretty good. It's very expensive during the Spring Festival. Only this hotel's price is acceptable. The hotel didn't think I was poor, so how could I think the hotel is old? And the location is so good. It's just a short walk to the Nakajima Park subway station. Those who gave bad reviews are too heartless. If you can't afford a good hotel, don't be picky.
