The room was very clean and everything looked new. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There is a lounge on the second floor that is exclusively for guests and offers free drinks. Breakfast was good with freshly baked crepes to enjoy.

Excellent location, very close to the famous sight. The breakfast options aren’t too much, could be improved a bit.

The hotel was exceptionally clean & tidy. Location was close to transportation and not too far from Sususkino neighborhood, which is where you want to be! Room was super spacious and the beds were a great size and were quite comfortable. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful!! There was a staff member, Williams was her name I believe- she helped us with local phone calls & made our trip to Yoichi a memorable one by helping us secure a reservation for the Nikka Distillery tour. We missed the booking window and she kindly called the reception at the Distillery and pulled some strings to get us in. If you stay and opt for breakfast, be sure to get the chef's special crepe of the day. Only negative was how long it took to do laundry- the dryer didn't quite dry our 4 day load and we had to run the dry cycle 3 additional times- which made it a very late night. 😁😍 Hontoni arigatou gozaimasu!!!

The hotel location is good as it is at the city centre with 5-8 minutes to the JR station by walk. If driving, there are many parking lots nearby.

The hotel locates close to the sapporo station, which is very convenient. Most mitsui garden hotel bas got a public bath but this one is much smaller than one of them in tokyo.. thus it gets busy and packed quickly… the staff are very friendly and helpful.. there are several convenient store next to it

The room we stay it’s not worth the price we pay. We booked for 6 days turns out dissatisfied. Breakfast is not good😅 location a bit far to susukino shopping area. But there’s nearby shopping malls in the area thou .

Hotel is very close to Sapporo train station, which makes it an extremely good choice for travelers who are flying out from New Chitose Airport. It is only a 2-3 mins walk away from the underground city which makes it a great option for winter travellers too.

Convenient location. Just 5 min walk from JR Sapporo station. The public bath is a nice relaxing place after a day of long walk.

Location is good and near Sapporo station. This is newer than next door hotel by the same name. Two separate buildings. Room is pretty average and small but likely standard for Japanese room size. Cleanliness is average. Breakfast is bad. Could just skip the breakfast. +1 on hot bath.

Great Hotel and New too. Slight trade off is no shelter from train or bus stop. Rest is good. :)
