Sapa Hotels with Wi-Fi

Receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel also provided us with shower and breakfast in the morning even though our room wasn’t ready yet. Only thing we wished was different is that it would be better if there were two guides on the village tour instead of one. We got separated from the group a couple of times because we were at the back of the group (although the guide managed to find us again).

It was an Amazing stay here. We got free upgrades from the Mountain View to the panorama view rooms and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a couple of issues with language barrier but not a hard problem to solve, just come to reception to check everything. Amazing stay, would highly recommend!!!

We were first given a room that has a smell so my wife requested for another room and they accomodated our request. The hotel was only above average and the plus point was the extremely convenient location a stones throw to anywhere and everywhere in downtown Sa Pa. The breakfast verandah is another spectacular location while the breakfast is pretty standard for the price we paid As in the Title we had a beautiful rainbow right outside our balcony window which was quite awesome and the hotel staff even made special arrangements for my wife`s birthday

I highly recommend this place if you are interested in spending a few days in Sapa. The view is stunning and the staff are extremely warm and friendly. You will eat well and be very comfortable during your time here. The trekking guide that I booked through the front desk was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area, including things such as local plants. I simply can not say enough positive things about this resort, you are guaranteed to have a good time here.

Renovated in 2023, the Topas Ecolodge offers both holiday makers and business travelers a pleasant stay in Sapa.The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Suối nước nóng Bản Hồ cô Chiêu, Banden Valley View and Ban Ho Village.After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.When it comes to Sapa hotels, the Topas Ecolodge is highly regarded for its excellent facilities.

Hotels are a tough business, so it's sad I'm writing a 2-star review. Let's first consider the business. Most businesses do one thing, or two at most, and that's their focus. Hotels have to run many facets well: cleaning, laundry, infrastructure maintenance, repairs to all the rooms and bathrooms and TV's and air-conditioning, renovations, running a kitchen making food 16 hours a day. Then there's managing personnel, scheduling and coordinating tradesmen, wholesale food supplies. And then, marketing and advertising, bookings, and all the admin of all those facets. Like I said, a hard industry to work in, let alone turn a profit. Le Bordeaux is struggling. My room had bugs, mould, unswept floors, broken lights, frayed and threadbare towels, dirt and dust. AirCon didn't cool the room. WiFi was poor. The hotel is at a busy intersection, and although they're not responsible for the horns honking from 6am to 11pm, the windows are not sound insulated. The restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a wide ranging menu of decent quality food, but can be slow. For $60 AUD a night, I've had much better. I hope they turn things around, and they could if they improved housekeeping, audited their WiFi, TVs and AirCon machines to make them work, and sped up the kitchen.

Bên chúng tôi đã chốt với nhân viên sale là chỉ đặt dịch vụ ngâm chân, không có thêm bất kỳ dịch vụ nào. Trước khi đặt dịch vụ thì đã có nhân viên của khách sạn gọi điện cho tôi tư vấn rồi chứ không phải là mù mờ thông tin. Không hiểu do sale làm việc với bộ phận spa như nào mà lại bổ sung cả dịch vụ massage vào cho khách. Đến khi thanh toán thì khách ngớ người ra là tại sao lại phát sinh cho cả nhóm là 1.980k. Rồi sau đó, nhân viên spa lại còn bảo là khách ok, đồng ý với phát sinh đó. Tôi nói thật với các ông các bà chứ, khách mà không đồng ý thì các ông các bà có cho khách của tôi đi về nhà không. Họ đồng ý mà về nhà họ lại phàn nàn với chúng tôi là tại sao lại phải thanh toán tiền phát sinh kia à. Tôi đã làm việc trực tiếp với sale thì sale lại đổ lỗi cho bên spa, rồi làm việc với bên spa thì lại đổ lỗi cho sale, nhất định không hoàn tiền cho khách. Sale làm sai mà không nhận, nhắn tin thì không thèm trả lời. Một câu xin lỗi cũng không có. Các ông các bà làm ăn chộp giật như thế thì hỏi uy tín của các ông bà ở đâu. Lovely setting / we had one of the newer rooms which was LUSH! Fireplace, bath tub, excellent views etc so don’t skimp out when selecting. All in all a great place for an Ecolodge. Easy to do the 90 min walking loop through the valley - NO tour needed! Just walk and go! You’ll see 100 people in the valley with tour groups as you pass. Only fundamental issue for the hotel is their room service. We wanted to order a snack - fried corn (which costs 70k Dong). They informed any and all room service has a charge of 200k Dong fixed. This was just slightly frustrating as a matter of principle so being British and obviously passive aggressive we ate out instead. That rule should be fundamentally scrapped as a policy matter.
