Spa Hotels in Sao Paulo

Outstanding hotel as always. Bar upstairs had some fantastic servers and unfortunately some very poor servers (one night I waited an hour at a table for someone to come back to get me another beer, and gave up / went to the bar directly). However in my experience that is unusual there. I do wish they had seats at the bar again - I miss that as a solo traveler. The best of all at this hotel is the concierge and front desk service. Truly world class and can get you in anywhere in the city and when you arrive, the other places treat you literallly as a VIP. AMAZING!!!

I bought a promise (experience) and it was given a completely other. We are very unhappy with what happened ... At the time of check-in it was reported that the girlfriend's dinner had changed and that only CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU Not only we are disappointed as several couples. That was totally discriminatory in fact .... we could prosecute them by claiming that reason. The couples were all forced (including us) to dine inside the room ... was super boring and strange. This is completely out of the consumer's code, we are forced to buy a dinner at that value or you can't eat inside the restaurant. It was a pity. abs,

Hotel was as expected! Great location near the city and attractions. Bar tenders, servers, and staff were great. Only issue was the TV not being able to connect to apps so unless you are fluent in Portuguese or want to watch cooking network, there isnt great watching selection. Not a big deal though since we were mostly out and about.

It was not our first and not even our second stay in this hotel. From the beginning we just loved everything about it. Our previous stay was exactly 2 years ago: in January, 22 and that time I also wrote a review saying how classy hotel it is and how much it deserves more honest management, because they decided nothing better than make super-noisy works inside the hotel without either closing it or – at the very least - warning the guests beforehand or just having a notice on their site about the fact of the works and their schedule, so everyone could make an informed decision whether to book depending on their plans in Sao Paulo – because it is isn’t possible to be in the room with a kind of noise and walls shaking that was going on around. But, well, in January, 22 the pandemic was still on, so everything that was happening during that time should be looked at with some kind of discount, shouldn’t it? And then 2 years have passed, so surely the renovation - or whatever they call them – works should had finished long time ago, in 2 years you can build a completely new hotel from scratch and Emiliano must be even more classy now that it was in the past, - we thought naively with my wife when making a booking for Emiliano Suite (just a bit shy of USD 1.000 per night) this time for our 2 days break in Sao Paulo. When checking-in, more for the sake of pulling a joke I asked the receptionist: but for sure you don’t have any more works, like you had 2 years back, do you? Hum, actually we do have renovations ongoing on 10th and 11th floor – the answer was, - but you won’t hear anything on the 16th floor you Suite is on, but if you will be disturbed, please, just call us and we will stop it right away. Right, just a bit after 9:00 a.m. banging of tens of hummers started and it felt like they were all banging on the walls and ceiling of our suite. Like agreed, I called front desk and told them to stop it all right away. “Yes, yes, they understand”. Except absolutely nothing was changing. I called again and again and on the 3rd time I asked to talk to the manager. After some time, I was passed to some female (unfortunately didn’t catch the name), who – it was felt through a phone receiver – smiling from ear to ear asked me how she could help me. They should stop the noise right away and refund me the money, - I told her, - because they promise 5-star amenities and 5-star comfort luring people to stay with them. They do have the amenities, but there is absolutely no comfort with that noise. So, sorry, they can’t stop the noise, they have renovation works going on, but she will see what she can do about refunding me some money, - she said without her cheeky smile already. Of course, I never heard from her again and at the check-out was presented a bill showing full amounts for room. So, not only management of the hotel became any more honest throughout these 2 years. The customer service of Mr. Nick at the hotel reception was great. Also, I definitely want to visit Sao Paulo 🌷 The location is also a safe area, and it was convenient to disturb acquaintances' houses and restaurants. The content of the breakfast buffet on the 28th floor was very substantial and the scenery was the best.

My friends and I stayed at Hotel Fasano for two nights. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Jardins... very safe and easy to walk around. We had rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. They were quiet and looked newly renovated. The linens were brand new, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The gym on the 22nd floor is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed massages at the tiny spa as well. But what really sets the hotel apart is the service. The front desk went above and beyond to give us directions, arrange spa and hair appointments, direct us to the pharmacy etc. Anything we asked for came promptly and we were always asked if we needed anything else. The one con of the hotel is the elevator. Takes a long time. But that is a minor problem

Among the front desk staff, there was an older guy with longer hair, Esteve I think his name was, was extremely nice! Gave great service and was also very nice and talkative. Had a nice room on 22nd floor with a Paulista Avenue view. Very good location. Practically the only hotel in Sao Paulo which is on the Paulista Avenue itself. 20 meters from the metro station which makes the location, if possible, even better! Both shower and toliet had seen their best days and shower was keeping on leaking for 20 mins after have taken a shower. The toliet couldnt flush too much paper. The soap was a bit of an annoyance because the soap would make your hands sticky rather than clean so you had to rinse and rinse and dry your hands repeatedly to get your hands clean. So a suggestion would be to look at exchanging the soap. Tried the breakfast one day. Was surprised that they had pancakes available on request which none of my other hotels in Brazil I stayed with had. So that was a big plus. Also they had freshly squeezed orange juice which also was yet another plus. They could have had more fresh fruit available though. Now they only had watermelon, melon, papaya and pineapple. Why no big passion fruits? Overall great stay but hotel is getting a bit old and also the elevators are very slow. Had to go down to the front desk a lot because my key cards would stop working. Also the internet needs you to log in again every other day which is a bit of an unneccessary annoyance for guests. It shouldnt be too much hassle from the hotel to fix this or change the system. Location is the biggest plus with the hotel.

I should have written this review last month because I forgot the names of many wonderful employees at this hotel. The Renaissance is my go-to hotel in Sao Paulo for two reasons: location and service. This time I brought my son and my mother with me while I was working on multiple events, and they spent the majority of their time at the hotel. I can only be grateful that the staff was amazing with both of them. Danielle at the front desk is always incredible. She is friendly, attentive, proactive, and has the correct sense of urgency (I can't say the same for other front desk employees). The bellboy team is amazing! They are friendly and talkative, and were always so helpful with my mom and my son. Thank you to Arisio, Washington, Rougre (I think this is his name), and a tall skinny guy whose name I forgot (I am so sorry!!). The ladies at the Lounge are excellent. To Elizabeth, Ana, and Luciana, thank you for making my stay always pleasant. This time wasn't different, and you all made my mom and my son feel very special. Lastly, I want to say thank you to Terraco Jardins. Lastly, I want to say thank you to the Terraco Jardins team. I wish I remembered the name of everyone who was kind and attentive to my mom and my son's needs. They had great meals every time. Thank you to James Jr, Atila, Teixeira, and Pedro. And Thank you to Angelo (cook), he was also a highlight of the trip. Again, I wish I had written this review sooner because all the names were fresh in my mind. Nevertheless, I can assure you that if you decide to stay in this hotel, the staff will take great care of you. Thank you!

The service at this hotel is exceptional! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The rooms are comfortable and could use a little updating. It was difficult not having a plug near the bed or a clock in the room, so it was difficult knowing what time it was when you’re laying in bed. But they did provide water and an outlet converter, which was thoughtful. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! I really enjoyed showering at this hotel. I did go the the gym, which was small, but nice. I wish they had towels available to wipe off sweat during your workout. The pool is also on the roof and it looked very private and relaxing. The restaurant is also very luxurious. The breakfast offerings looked very tasty! Overall a great stay!

The room in the photo looked great, but in person it was quite disappointing given the lack of good maintenance (for a hotel of this category, in one of the most important cities in Brazil). The room is well distributed, and the fact that it has a small sofa is very good, in addition to the complimentary water. However, the headboard of the bed with the lining peeling off leaves a disgusting and very bad appearance, the infiltration in the booth, stains on the shower floor, chipped bedside table and lack of cleaning (sticky glass marks that I had to clean). Very boring and in a certain way frustrating.
