This is a business conference hotel, not far from the small airport in the city, and it is convenient to take an Uber. But it takes too long to drive into the city, almost an hour to Japan Street, and the surrounding facilities are lacking. The hotel is standard business style, a little old, it depends on personal preference

The service at this hotel is exceptional! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The rooms are comfortable and could use a little updating. It was difficult not having a plug near the bed or a clock in the room, so it was difficult knowing what time it was when you’re laying in bed. But they did provide water and an outlet converter, which was thoughtful. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! I really enjoyed showering at this hotel. I did go the the gym, which was small, but nice. I wish they had towels available to wipe off sweat during your workout. The pool is also on the roof and it looked very private and relaxing. The restaurant is also very luxurious. The breakfast offerings looked very tasty! Overall a great stay!

The customer service of Mr. Nick at the hotel reception was great.
Also, I definitely want to visit Sao Paulo 🌷 The location is also a safe area, and it was convenient to disturb acquaintances' houses and restaurants. The content of the breakfast buffet on the 28th floor was very substantial and the scenery was the best.

The surrounding environment is not bad, it is relatively safe. Compared with Brazil, it is relatively chaotic. This time it is mainly for hotels that are scheduled to participate in the exhibition. It is not too far from the airport and the exhibition. The sanitation environment is ok, the attitude of the staff is average, the bed is relatively small, and others are okay. The price is still high, after all, it is safe first.

I was a little nervous at first because we decided to stay here for our last two days in Brazil before heading back to Europe but this hotel was great! They had super friendly staff that all spoke English at reception. They had more than just the basic amenities available in the room, there was complimentary bottles of water, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lotion, along with mouth wash, cotton, etc and instead of slippers, they had flip flops! The pool is a bit small but it's long enough to do laps and they went above and beyond to accommodate our family and make sure we were comfortable. They left chocolate in the room at bedtime which my boys loved and even a little fruit. The hotel is also in a great location, a safe area with lots of good restaurants nearby. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

A great experience all around. Being able to get a two-room apartment was a great benefit. The property is beautifully maintained with an exceptional and friendly staff. It's located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with nice restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful Parque Ibirapuera. I've stayed in Marriott properties all around the world but what made this Marriott special was Mr. Sergio in charge of ”guest experience”. Aside from his proactive message asking what he can do to make the experience better, he made sure to schedule transportation from the airport, upgraded our room and made sure our experience was exceptional... and it was. Special thanks to Sergio.

When I stayed at the E-Suites CGH hotel in 27/09/22 I ended up staying in room 116, where I found a badly-sleeping “hypoallergenic” shirt inside a bag open in the dresser, with several brown sleeves. I ended up using it because I was very sleepy. In order to ensure less light in the room, I covered the magic eye with hygienic paper, preventing the entry of light. This is that on the day 01/10/22, arrival at the E-Suites hotel at 13:00, I receive the same room 116. In the place I realize that the magic eye continues to be covered, with the same hygienic paper. When I looked for a cover in the closet I took a coat of the same color and size as in the previous stay and there I found exactly the same coat, with the same ugly dirt that can be checked in the photos below. I try to imagine how many people may have used the same bed-dress, who should have followed strict hygiene standards and had no minimal care. How many people have sleeped there in days 28, 29 and 30/09? And how many more people might have used the coat in the days before the 27th? Moreover, with the marks I found, I leave to the imagination of who read to describe what could be. On the same day 01/10, when the reception was down to make a formal complaint in the complaint Book, I was informed that the hotel is “sustainable” and does not have a physical book for that purpose. It is not public record of anything.

Located in the bustling area of Paulista Avenue, the breakfast is very good, and there is also a simple Japanese breakfast. Pay attention to safety when you go out at night. Before entering the hotel, you need to pre-authorize 900 mines. Donations and some optional taxes are automatically included in the checkout, which can be removed after negotiation, which is a bit uncomfortable.

Outstanding hotel as always. Bar upstairs had some fantastic servers and unfortunately some very poor servers (one night I waited an hour at a table for someone to come back to get me another beer, and gave up / went to the bar directly). However in my experience that is unusual there. I do wish they had seats at the bar again - I miss that as a solo traveler. The best of all at this hotel is the concierge and front desk service. Truly world class and can get you in anywhere in the city and when you arrive, the other places treat you literallly as a VIP. AMAZING!!!

CChristopherA nice and well-appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful service, comfortable rooms, and a quite good breakfast. The spa was nice and offered a solid massage at a reasonable price. The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.

Ccharlotte VWell located hotel. The lobby is very beautiful. The catering is delicious. The breakfast is great: quality and variety! Eggs Benedict are excellent!
The staff is very good especially the porters … thanks to them 😉
GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, a quarter of the Paulista, with Starbucks almost in front. I found the room very good and spacious. The bathroom seemed old, needing maintenance - the door of the box very hard and strange, the cap of the bath vase. Breakfast is fat and very tasty, it has a leisure area with pool and academy, but I didn't test.
GGuest UserThe ibis standard room, but a little broader than the conventional. It can be improved by offering a greater selection of channels for example. Good comfort. Laundry offers an excellent service. A simple breakfast, you need to improve a lot, I asked for a omelet and I was denied, a absurd. Imagine paying more than 300 reals and a simple request is not accepted... another simple change that you need to observe, if the guest arrives 2 or 3 hours before check-in and there is room availability offer and not cover half a day, This is a way of pleaseing the client, a courtesy that will be remembered. I did not like that with me, even being platinum All, I prefer to leave to check in after to not pay half a day.
NNaiharaMy stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.
VvitorbabrazilI had always been 'dating' this hotel and the opportunity came up to finally stay there as a stopover in São Paulo, it's extremely practical for that: just cross the bridge from Congonhas airport and walk around the block. Rooms are not all in the typical Ibis standard, there are larger rooms for families of four, but they can only be booked on the ALL Accor page. Breakfast during the pandemic is in the reverse system, which means buffet is there but get to be served instead of serving yourself. It's not the best hotel to discover São Paulo as a tourist but very practical for very short visits.
EEmersonVery good hotel, kind staff and great location.
The disappointment was with Trip.com that sells a “lottery option” for the type of accommodation saying that it can be twin or king size bed to be decided by the hotel upon arrival. This isn’t correct. Obviously the hotel will give the cheaper option and the twin bed. Completely misleading by trip.com and/or by the agreement made with the hotel. Either way, an unnecessary stress after an intercontinental flight of more than 12h, tired and hoping to rest, though we had to go through the embarrassment and lengthier check-in process.
LLorne McVThe location is convenient to explore the historic centre of Sao Paulo. Not recommended to walk out at night as it gets pretty seedy in the area. Rooms are basic and tired. We were first given a standard room then were transferred to what I thought might be an upgrade, as we paid more for the room than listed. Turns out they put us in a handicapped room that more resembled a very sterile hospital room. It was bigger, but much less comfortable. You can hear plenty of noise from other rooms and the hallway. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of offerings.

GGuest UserThe reservation staff communicate through WhatsApp. They are rude and very non-attentive. There is no one to talk to on the phone or face to face. The staff that are physically at the hotel are not allowed to assist us unless going through the WhatsApp staff. Very time consuming and very often they do not respond. I arrived and was given a dirty room and had bugs. They moved me but didn’t bother to bring the extra blanket Irequested or towel. Thanks to the staff that’s physically at the hotel or I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with the staff on WhatsApp. It’s very sad because I like the place and location but this virtual crap is awful. And they have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee but give me a dirty room.
