As a guest, it's always unfortunate when you have to experience poor service during your stay, especially when you've paid for it. It's understandable that one expects a certain level of hospitality when travelling and the experience can be a big part of the overall satisfaction of the trip. It seems, however, that the service of the apartment the guest stayed in was far from desirable. The guest seems to have had a mixed experience during their stay. First day before check in 3 hours and 30 minutes happened to stay outside of the apartment due to lack of coordination of the booking agent . While the condition of the apartment was good, the service that accompanied it was quite subpar. It's unfortunate that with good accommodations, the service left a lot to be desired. One issue that the guest had was with the towels provided - or lack thereof. Having only been given one set of towels and while staying for four days, the guest was left with no choice but to use the same set throughout their stay. This is unacceptable, especially when the guest did try to get more towels replaced, only to be refused by the apartment staff who advised that they contact the booking agent instead. This is not only an inconvenience for the guest but also reflects poorly on the apartment staff. To add insult to injury, the staff were also unable to speak English - the international language of travel. Guests who are foreign should not have to struggle with communication while staying in a foreign country. After all, it's the responsibility of the establishment to provide proper communication and assistance to their guests, regardless of where they come from. The lack of hospitality and rude attitudes from the staff certainly didn't help matters either. As a result, the guest does not recommend the apartment to any foreign guests based on their experience. Overall, it's quite clear that this was an unsatistactory stay for the guest. The subpar service has left a bad taste in their mouth and unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any positive factors that make up for it. It's important for establishments to pay attention to these details as it can make or break the guest's experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR THE FOREIGN GUEST ,

Nunca mais ficarei. Quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro. Lâmpada sobre a pia do banheiro piscando impossibilitando de fazer a barba. Se abrir o chuveiro muito enche e transborda o box, inundando todo o banheiro. 360 não recomendo.

The worst room I've ever stayed in. I arrived and it was stinking. I discovered that I had a pan that had not been washed for days. In the bathroom there was no hygiene kit and to my surprise there was a used soap in the soap dish. I asked them to come clean even in my absence. They said they would and they didn't. Walls in the room all dirty and when I left I went to make the bed... I discovered that the pillows had mold. A disgusting. I felt real cheated.

Probably yes for 1 night, but I don't recommend it for longer. Basically, it was a room cluttered with unnecessary kitchen furniture and a huge fridge, I don't know why. If I had known that there would be no cooking facilities, I would have rented a hotel with breakfast options!! :( Apartment for 2 guests, and only 1 blanket and WITHOUT a pillowcase. Not very hygienic (do they wash the blankets after each client?). Totally leaky window. It was in two parts, when you close one side, the other one opens. The effect? ​​The street noise is unbearable. withstand. Plus it's cold and rainy outside + 1 blanket for 2 people = I was cold and cold! In the bathroom there was a tiny tap next to the sink, so there was always water everywhere and there was nothing to wipe. No toilet brush. O atendimento foi uma das piores experiencias que ja tive nesse ramo e em qualquer outro. Me hospedo semanalmente em sp e nunca tinha passado por isso, quando houve algo, prontamente ofereceram algo cabível e justo. Nao funciona nada nos apartamentos, furada e sem atendimento ao cliente. - Chuveiro Gelado - Tomadas (lanche foi feito no banheiro) - Fogão - Geladeira (comida jogada fora por falta de geladeira) - Controle remoto E o pior, após a reclamação a oferta é 15% de desconto na diária atual, locomoção para outro lugar ou arrumar no outro dia. As 21h, em uma viagem de serviço, a oferta da diária já não ocorreu, não é justa a cobrança. Ou se é, não é um desconto de 15%, isso é ofensivo. Para uma viagem a trabalho, o básico é o almejado. Em um eventual problema, buscar o justo, que é uma boa negociação e tratativa, e não um robo falando e fazendo total descaso. Me hospedo semanalmente em lugares parecidos, nunca emiti um comentário publico negativo, em caso de problemas fui sempre muito bem tratado. Mas com a 360 Suites foi o pior atendimento não somente desse tipo de serviço, mas como até de qualquer outro.

A rua é péssima, perigosa e nem um pouco agradável, o quarto não condiz com as fotos (no site da decolar.com) na questão tamanho. É muitooooo pequeno e apertado. A portaria não é proativa para resolver problemas e ainda trata mal os hóspedes. Comprei para ficar 7 dias e fui embora no mesmo momento que entrei no quarto, fiquei apenas o tempo de conseguir entrar em contato com a administração. Tive que pagar mais 7 diárias em um outro hotel e estou na justiça tentando receber meu dinheiro de volta pois negociei com eles pagar somente a primeira diária (mesmo não tendo usufruído dela) e eles me cobraram TODAS as diárias. Não recomendo. Muito ruim.
