Very cool staff, all requests are taken into account, it was nice to communicate. The hotel and the room are clean, which is very important for families with children. The area is dangerous, but if you do not go out in the evening, you can stay here. Good breakfasts, a large selection, but every day the same thing, that is, do not expect that there will be variety. The choice for breakfast is very large. Overall, we liked everything and would be happy to come back again.

Since the 29/07th I was trying to cancel the reservation and nothing was done to solve it, I paid the amount and did not use the reservation and I was informed by the hotel that the amount paid was not passed on to them. I will not make another reservation on trip.com or at the hotel nacional inn.

Café da manhã muito bom. Bem localizado, limpeza boa, bom quarto.

A localização é muito relativa, por isso coloquei "regular". Pra mim, não é uma localização boa devido não estar próximo do meu destino final e também por estar perto da Cracolândia. O banheiro precisa de uma estrutura melhor, não tinha porta sabonetes e o vaso tinha pouco espaço do box.
