Amazing Family Stay at MGM Hotel! We recently stayed as a family in one of the villas at the MGM Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Every detail was taken care of, and the service was top-notch. The housekeepers were meticulous, ensuring our villa was always spotless and comfortable. A special mention to the staff at Neera restaurant—Lukas, Mark, and the lovely female restaurant manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well-fed and that our kids had the best time. Their attention and genuine care made every meal memorable. The buggy rides were a highlight, thanks to Aiger, who made them so fun and engaging for the whole family! And we can’t thank Miko enough— she owas always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay seamless and stress-free. This was a perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for warm hospitality, impeccable service, and a great family-friendly environment, MGM Hotel is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience at the MO! From the moment you arrive (and before even, when I called ahead,) the level of service is nothing short of excellent! Every single member of staff is polite, helpful, kind and really goes above and beyond! I had everything I needed and more, and at every step I was made to feel welcome. A few absolute shining lights: Alex at check in who was kind enough to upgrade my room to an Ocean View King, Nicky, Chloe and Ryan at the Sunset Bar were absolutely wonderful - and my poolside dining experience was beyond incredible! Caroline at Fresh (superb dining with the best view) Nick and Dennis at the pool bringing water, snacks and being very patient with my requests for the umbrella to be put up and down. Sunny at breakfast for a very warm welcome. Honestly - I’ve never had an experience like this - the attention to detail, the care, the kindness were just all excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and all amenities are provided for. The fruit plate was replenished and was so thoughtfully and beautifully presented. There are three pools to choose from, all idyllic. I ate at Fresh and the Sunset Bar, and both were amazing. The cocktails at the Sunset Bar are sublime! The breakfast is divine - definitely something for everyone: there are so many choices! The only slightly disappointing part was that swimming in the sea isn’t really encouraged. It’s very rocky and full of coral so not really a pleasant walk either, but the view is lovely. I visited after staying in Yalong Bay, and I will say it was nice to be in a quieter location. I will never forget this stay, and am looking forward to visiting again! Thank you, thank you to everyone at MOSAN!

Our room was facing the ocean. It was lovely to hear the waves while sleeping. The room was big and clean. The bathroom/dressing area was the same length of the room... lovely. The pool personnel was nice and friendly. One of the pools was closed, however the sea view pool was nice when it wasn't interrupted by guests shouting into their phones or smoking to the side. The wind blows smoke towards the lounge chairs, so smoking anywhere near the pool should be banned. Unfortunate that it isn't a rule for smokers to smoke nowhere in the vicinity of pools. The breakfast was nice in the selection. However, when screaming kids it turned what could have been a relaxing start to the day to one of wolfing down food to escape the chaos. Bus boys would look at our table with empty plates and just look... not take our plates away. Not sure why. We can speak Chinese and even if English scared them away, it was just a plate. Would I return? Yes, because of the lovely view from the room, the size of the room, the pool, the cleanliness, landscaping, and beach (size and cleanliness).

Overall this time at the Rosewood Sanya was truly exceptional. As an avid admirer of the Rosewood brand, I was delighted to stay in one of their pool rooms. The attentive service of our butler, Nanncy, both during our stay and with her pre-arrival communications, was incredibly heartwarming. The breakfast spread was abundant and indulgent, while the infinity pool offered breathtaking views. However, the only minor drawback was the excessive softness of the bed. Nonetheless, I've already arranged with Nanncy to ensure firmer bedding arrangements upon my next visit. A truly memorable experience encapsulated in just a few words.

Good location, a couple of minutes to the beach, but it's very noise with the traffic and people doing activities using loud speakers all day. The man in charge is nice and solves any issue you might have quickly. Close to many bars and restaurants, gets quiet during the night, maybe because of the off season period I went, but an excellent place to stay during your Sanya trip. Room it's big and comfortable, clean and convenient, no complains.

The hotel is good, you can arrange airport pick-up, it is close to the airport, you need to book a sea view, the balcony can see the sea, the price is cheap, the service is satisfactory, you can also order meals, it is suitable for the elders to live there permanently.

Stayed here for a night only. Choose the room cause of the Mountain View and boy I wasn’t disappointed with the sounds of birds chipping early in the morning and the early morning breeze (if you open the door) that swifts in your room. There was some annoying sounds of cars but wasn’t too much. Didn’t go down for breakfast so can’t say much. The staff are friendly and helped me carry my luggage upstairs. My room was right next to the aesthetically pleasing rooftop. The hotel has a lot of places that are Instagram worthy for pics and views. The rooms were clean as well as the bathroom and shower. Only downfall was the pool was empty on that day. Perhaps it’s due to cleaning as there was heavy rainy days the week before. Would recommend for the price.

This was a very satisfying stay for me, I could even say it was a pleasant surprise! So before leaving, I took a photo of the room to help the store evaluate it. People say that accommodation in Sanya is expensive, and many people recommend staying in big hotels. I was busy before the Spring Festival, so I booked this hotel late because big hotels were too expensive. However, I didn't expect that the room gave us a big surprise. I am here with my parents and two children to celebrate the Spring Festival, so I booked this high-rise sea view three-bedroom suite. The decoration level of the house is very good and the house is relatively new. Moreover, you can see a good sea view from the living room to each bedroom. Several exterior photos were taken by me from the living room and master bedroom balcony respectively. The scenery is very beautiful. I fully believe that this room is as good as those in other multi-star hotels that are several times more expensive. If I really want to find fault, I can only say that because it is located in a residential building, the public facilities such as corridors, elevators and parking lots cannot match those of multi-star hotels. However, compared with the price, it is definitely value for money no matter what! In a word, it is highly recommended, especially for a family of five or more who need more rooms and have higher requirements for the accommodation environment and view. You must ask the boss to book this high-rise sea view suite!

Everything was absolutely great. It takes only 10 minutes from Sanya International Airport by taxi, the check-in process was simple and smooth. Breakfast was good. The amenities are well maintained, the swimming pool was super cool, it was fairly quiet and only few people were lounging around the pool during the day. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Super relaxing!

The usual Ascott excellence We had an exceptionally excellent week-long stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and well equipped. It was also cleaned daily. The breakfast was also plentiful. Unfortunately, there was only one coffee machine, so you sometimes had to wait longer for a coffee due to the large number of people. Perhaps they could provide a bottled 5 litre container of filter coffee. That would certainly help. The pool is also very large and the gym is well equipped. The staff were always very courteous and endeavoured to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our flight was very late on the day of departure. The manager gave us a generous late check-out free of charge. A truly exceptional service. We will be back!
