Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! I had an amazing stay at MGM Sanya Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. A special thank you to Jelly from the Guest Relation Office, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful ocean views, fantastic facilities, and delicious dining options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

We spent 3 unforgettable nights at the Sanya Yalong Bay Palace Resort, and our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean and matched the photos exactly. The view from our room was simply breathtaking – definitely a highlight of our stay. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thanks to Pan Pan (潘潘) for her outstanding care and attention to detail throughout our stay. The small surprise gifts were such a sweet and personal touch that we truly appreciated. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. We also had dinner once at the Ocean Restaurant – the food was incredibly tasty! The resort's location is fantastic: it’s very close to the beach and right across from restaurants and shopping areas, making it very convenient to explore nearby. Although the pools were unfortunately unavailable due to typhoon damage before our arrival, the hotel handled the situation gracefully and offered a thoughtful alternative solution for guests. Overall, the resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future! Good hotel with direct access to the beach. The hotel specializes for family with children, there are a lot of entertainments. Big area, many swimming pool with view to the sea. The breakfast food is variable and taste. We are trying hot pot dinner, there are a lot is different ingredients and unlimited beer 😄 the beautiful gym area see on the picture.

Third time here and we had a fantastic family holiday again! Location, beach, swimming pools and gardens are gorgeous and really well kept. We love the different pool options and the room with direct pool access is so convenient with kids. I agree with other reviews that rooms could use renovation, especially if they used to be smoking rooms, but daily cleaning is impeccable. The open air breakfast spot is lovely and breakfast choice is excellent, Chinese restaurant is also very good and provided such nice support to celebrate kid’s birthday. Derrick Liu was so helpful to address any concerns, everyone on staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Me with a family really loved this hotel! The stay was chillful, joyful and amazing. Villa is huge; the hotel gave us beautiful 4-bedroom deluxe villa which has a lot of space, including not only bedrooms but also a kitchen, a pool room, a playing rule etc. Breakfast was great and main advantage of this stay was nature because hotel recreation is so green and it has its own lake 🥰👍🏻 Если кто-то решает, выбрать этот отель или нет — лично я советую остановиться в нем. Завтраки суперские для Азии, много фруктов, интересных блюд (вкусный бульон с лапшой и креветками), были крабы итд. Природа — супер, а главный плюс — личный пляж с лежаками. До него идти совсем близко, а на Ялонге все отельные пляжи одного размера. И Ялонг Виллас выигрывают от этого, так как количество людей в отеле не так велико, как в сетевых многоэтажках вокруг. Соответственно у нас был самое немноголюдное место для купания и достаточно тени, чтобы расположиться. Улица еды очень удобно в 5 минутах ходьбы. Будьте осторожны на пути с падающими по дороге кокосами)) Спасибо также за помощь менеджеру Чжао, который помогал нам с возникшими вопросами. Мы обязательно вернемся снова 🤗🤝🏻

Great Hotel and location. Very clean and good service. The only problem is that the staff just speak chinese. They are friendly, but the language is a big barrier.

This is our second trip to Sanya and Yalong Bay, and it's the second time we have stayed in this hotel for an extended period, like 10 days. The last time we were here was in 2022 during Covid, and everything was different. This time, we were able to enjoy the hotel, and the hotel's location is very good, too. It's so close to Yalong Bay. The hotel has its own swimming pools where kids can enjoy a lot of fun activities. The rooms were cleaned every day, and special thanks to Steve, who always helped us. The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel is that the furniture is a bit old, and the mattresses are not so comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is almost the same every day. Also, it seems that food theft from the canteen is an issue that the staff needs to address. This year, there were many Russian people in the hotel, which made it feel less like being in China.

We stayed for 4 nights at Hilton Yalong Bay. It’s a kids friendly resort so they have various activities planned for each day of the week for kids. My 4 year old son really enjoyed the stay here and since we left has been asking when will we return to Hilton. Special thanks to Roy Chen who speaks fluent English and added us on WeChat on the first day. Roy helped to customize the food through the Chef as we wanted to eat only vegetarian. He was very helpful throughout our stay. Highs: 1. The deluxe ocean view Suite was very spacious with two balconies, 3 wash basins, 2 toilets and a big round bath tub. 2. Have many kids friendly swimming pools with different level of depth. 3. All swimming pools are always manned by lifeguards. Pools are temperature controlled and cleaned regularly. 4. Floating rings can be rented at RMB 30 per hour and water guns can be bought just next to the pools. 5. They have a kids restaurant named the Bucket Kingdom which is heaven for kids to play and eat. Lows 1. Breakfast is more Chinese oriented than we had expected but they have western options which was just enough for us. 2. Some food items in the buffet breakfast had names missing or had only Chinese names written. Since we wanted vegetarian only it was at times challenging to understand the ingredients of the food.

This summer, our family decided to head to Sanya for a warm beach getaway. When selecting a hotel, I carefully considered location, price, and kid-friendly amenities, eventually booking the Sanya Bay Xinhua Suite Resort. It turned out to be an excellent choice that made our holiday truly enjoyable and full of pleasant surprises. Upon check-in, the front desk staff informed us that we had been lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious suite. Stepping into the room, we found the living room to be wonderfully spacious and bright, and the balcony offered an absolutely stunning sea view. Our child excitedly ran around, exploring their 'new territory' with great curiosity. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, with soft bedding, ensuring we all had several nights of excellent sleep. Even better, the hotel also kindly offered complimentary breakfast for our child. The breakfast buffet at Hi Bowl All-Day Dining was fantastic, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western cuisine. Our child happily enjoyed their meals each morning, and my partner and I were able to start our day feeling relaxed and refreshed. The hotel boasts an impressive array of kid-friendly facilities, keeping our child thoroughly entertained. The outdoor pool features a dedicated children's splash area with a suitable depth, complete with water slides and other fun activities. Our child eagerly donned their swimsuit and jumped into the water, playing to their heart's content, their laughter echoing around the poolside. The indoor kids' club also had a great selection of toys and play equipment to keep them busy, allowing my partner and me to relax nearby and enjoy a moment of peace. The hotel's location is also fantastic; the beach is just across the road from the entrance. Every evening, we'd take our child for a stroll on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunset. Our child had a blast digging in the sand and collecting seashells. There are also plenty of convenient dining options nearby, with a variety of seafood restaurants and local eateries to satisfy all tastes. Our stay at Sanya Bay Xinhua Suite Resort was absolutely wonderful. The pleasant surprise of a room upgrade and complimentary kids' breakfast, coupled with the abundant family-friendly facilities and prime location, made our family trip truly perfect. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Sanya!

My family's three-day break at Ritz-Carlton was a really special time. The swimming pool in the hotel and the program activities for children made happy memories. We had communication problems with the hotel staff because we were not good at Chinese, but Alison, the hotel manager, actively solved the problem and provided perfect care until the end of our trip. I hope you have the best time of your life at the Ritz-Carlton, which has the best environment in Sanya
