Hotels in Wuzhizhou Island, Sanya

The staff was amazing and very helpful. I asked for early check in and immediately when the room was ready they texted me to come. The view is amazing and the bed is comfortable. Room is big and also shower. One thing thats i didn’t like is that when i entered the room there was a bad smell, but they came and put perfume to make it nicer. But day after i woke up and again was a bad smell from the skewer.

The front desk service was great as there are buggy service to the main road, night market nearby with many bars/dining places, recommendations on things to do in sanya and free coffee and beer from the cafe downstairs. It was nice that we were able to order food delivery from ******* and food to be served in room from the cafe nearby as well. 前台的服务特别好，可以约车到马路边，附近有很多吃喝玩乐，前台的小姐姐还会推荐三亚的活动，楼下的咖啡厅也可以取免费的咖啡和啤酒。最棒的是能美团到房间。

Pick-up at Houhai Village: The pick-up service is very good. The room is very clean and tidy. The overall experience is good. The sea view balcony is very nice. The feeling of vacation is very comfortable. I will come again next time. The sound of waves hitting the rocks is also very nice.

It is a hotel I will stay in again🏨 Facilities: The hotel's facade is decorated very well, which is considered to be very good in Houhai. The shampoo and shower gel are also in large bottles, which are much easier to wash than the disposable small bottles. There are two super large mirrors in the room, which is very good! The toiletries are also slightly better ⁉️Suggestion: The curtain blackout design is a bit tasteless. Secondly, this room type does not have a large window, only a small one, which may be a bit stuffy for those who like ventilation, but it is not a big problem. Then the sound insulation is not very good, the only big point! ! ! Hygiene: I didn't find anything unclean in the hygiene, it's pretty good Environment: The environment is on the shore of Houhai, with a very good view. There is a beach connected to the restaurant and bar, which is very beautiful! It's just that it will be a little noisy at night, and the bar will stop when you rest. Service: The service is also very good. If you can't upgrade the room type, you will be informed in advance. The attitude is great!

The overall experience is very good. The hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation. It is close to the city center and major attractions. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in procedure is fast, and they also provide intimate suggestions for nearby tours. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and modern, and the facilities are complete. In particular, the bedding is very comfortable and the sleep quality is very good. The sanitary conditions are also satisfactory, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the hot water supply is sufficient. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, and the taste is also very good. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is slightly poor, and some noise can be heard in the corridor at night. Overall, the cost performance is very high, and I will choose to stay next time!

My only annoyance is that our “window” was into a street ally or something…. Couldn’t see anything except a wall… but I think that’s my fault for not checking which room I booked! Over all it was clean, we were not bothered by noise and it was a nice space that seemed brand new. Bar upstairs is our favorite in Houhai (we went there all the time on our last trip too) with a pool and epic view of the ocean, best drinks! Super location right on the beachfront and it has very lovely staff.

Coral Hotel on Wuzhizhou Island is a must visit hotel when travelling to Hainan. The rooms were very clean with fantastic amenities, however my biggest highlight was the lobby manager named Lan Rui. As I’m from an English speaking country he was incredibly helpful assisting me with any and all of my needs during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was always comfortable, patiently helping me to translate my requests using his mobile phone and helped me on several occasions. First he kindly showed me how to buy drinks and snacks communicating with the staff, then when I asked about towels at the pool he personally took me there and showed me around plus let the staff know I wanted to swim and to look after me. On the day of checkout to my absolute surprise he rushed to return some cuff links I had accidentally forgotten in the room! When I was eating lunch in the restaurant struggling to eat with chopsticks, the staff advised they didn’t have cutlery. But guess who arrived in short time bringing a nice set of cutlery to save me? Lan! I was truly amazed and beyond grateful. He really is the definition of top tier service with a dedication for customer focus and satisfaction. Lan even assisted my friend and I bringing our luggage on the hotel electric shuttle bus and carried it onto the returning ferry! I cannot thank him enough. Words cannot express how happy I am to receive such amazing service. Thanks to Lan I will never forget my stay at the Coral hotel and cannot wait to return again. The service from this homestay was exceptional!! The front desk got in contact with me via wechat before my stay and arranged shuttle pickup from the entrance of the village. She answered all my questions promptly throughout my stay and was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, towels clean and good. However I think the hotel could strengthen cleaning around the toilet floor a little better ( the toilet was a bidet & had seat warming, Inside was clean!) Also clean up the beach in front, it was very dirty and is a little sad to see. I read many reviews about noise complaints, but by 00:00 everything was quiet and peaceful ( or maybe I was very tired and didn’t hear) I enjoyed my massage chair immensely Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I chose this hotel for its location (it was important that it was on the shore and there was a surfing instructor) for the price (for 5 days I spent 11,000 rubles for the most basic room, but I only slept in it, there is a bathroom, a bed, a window with a view of the neighboring building and cleaning of the room when you want). At the hotel I ordered surfing lessons - 2 hours 340 yuan with insurance, the next day I found another company for 280 yuan. (But I liked the trainer from the hotel more, he is more serious) Service for 10 points. The guys at the reception helped me get to the bank so that I could exchange dollars (they went with me !!) since not a single card (Visa and Mir) is active here. We corresponded with them on WeChat, they do not have other messengers. I recommend this hotel. And if I ever come back, I'll go to them ❤️

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was at the end of the bay that made it peaceful. Alot of nice restaurants around on the same street. They did have little electricity problem for a short time and some random trash collecting truck once a day would pass by that made musical noise but on closing windows it was all fine. Besides it was only for few mins. My room was quite spacious , comfortable beds and well equipped with room amenities and had a modern look. Hotel has three floors no elevator but its ok. The staff was extremely helpful both the front desk girl and the guy. One guy spoke english and would assist u with ironing, laundry or any help u need. The pool was clean but only bummer part had no shade, wish they had an umbrella to sit outside. Pool area had some weights as well for workout which I appreciated while workout. I liked the hotel and would totally recommend it. It is one of the nicest and most comfortable hotels available in that area with great price. I will definitely return back.
