I’m sorry, that my comment is in English, but I’m very glad, that my family was staying in South China hotel! And we are thankful to the hotel staff, who helped us with every question. And special gratitude to Sophie, who was extra polite and kind to us 🤗 The hotel room was clean, had a lot of free space for family, good view from the window, calm and quiet environment. Swimming pool - great 👍🏻. The location is comfortable too: you can go to the pineapple mall (it’s very close), to the beach (the hotel has it’s own chaise lounges there), to the bund (in the evening it’s nice to walk there), and etc. If you want to live comfortably and not too far from the civilization, this place is perfect!

This hotel had great wonderful views and great services. The staff even allowed me to change my room to have a different view which was beautiful. The location is also very convenient, it’s easy to access shops and beaches such as dadonghai, xiaodadonghai and sanya bay. The manager also reached out to me to check in and attend to any requests.

In comparison to my 3 weeks of hotel stay in 7 cities in China, this hotel has to be the most disappointing experience. Breakfast was poor. There’s a sign for coffee but nothing offered across the 3 nights we stayed there. No bacon or fried eggs nor western bakeries. However, there’s limited congee , noddles, cooked veggies & white bread with only one strawberry jam offered . We’re there at 750 am but was told some items was already out of stock. Limited napkins provided in dining area. Room was smelly of tropical dampness, but air conditioning helps. $300 deposit was required for room damage precautions. My friend has an argument over tainted bedsheet caused by previous patrons but has to prove it. So check your bedroom before committing. Location was fairly good, with walking distance to the beach and side street offered various food services and massages. Second level inaccessible by elevator but no one tells us until much later. Russian tourists loved this area & the abundance of Russian posters & welcoming signs told the story.

we stayed for 7 days in this hotel.This hotel has a good location,many stores nearby,10 minutes walk to the beach,but it's a bit old hotel,also the rooms are not upgraded,you can see old things inside room.breakfast is very rich and delicious.and swimming pool is also big and great.one bad thing they don't have laundry room.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach, only 200-300 meters away on foot, close to Yuya Avenue and convenient transportation, you can take many bus lines to travel. The hotel facilities are a bit old, it is an old brand hotel, but the hotel service is good, especially the girl at the front desk can patiently guide you to travel routes, I am very grateful.

Great location of the hotel right in the heart of the city. across the street there is a beach. Hotel has it's own swimming pool for kids and adoults. Good hotel service,good size of apartments, eating and drinking is very convenient, there is very good Quality Italian restaurant right next to the hotel as well as nice chinesse restaurant with nice choice of fruit juices. You can easly get fresh fruits coconut watter nearby. Few minutes by walk there is big shopping mall with big indoor playground for kids. I highly recomend that place good value for money :)

Well, this is the second trip after no more COVID restricted in China! We didn't expecting from this trip at all because it's winter and and Chinese New Year periods but its turned out that it was our best holiday yet! The hotel location call Haiho or Haitang if I am not misunderstood. The hotel is very convenient for everything, food.and beach. very simple, check in and we get the key card, staff can't communicated in English but willing to. Room quality is matching as price , not bad at all my children thumb up! Beds are comfortable we were stayed for 5 nights, everyone was snore. One thing is the best for our trip is there are free washing machines!!! 6 of them! I LOVE. on the 14 floors there was a soft play for children , a bit dirty and.old.but my children hardly complain also table tennis. A small hanhing out are for everyone to watch sunset and view at night time or while you are waiting for your clothes in washing machine. Staffs are nice, helpful. My husband doesn't like BF that much he said it could be improve but for me thats not a big deal compared to the price we paid. Conclusion, we are looking forward to go back soon.

But really disappointed, if you can accept a little more expensive hotel, can accept a little further away from the airport, don't live here. The hotel is very old, it should have been on fire, but now, it is too old, the old is everywhere, the old room smells bad, the old facilities make you unacceptable, the old whole air-conditioning noise makes you unable to rest well, the corridor It was full of noise from the rumbling of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. Besides the hygiene, the dead corners of the house are not clean, the mirror surface is stained, and the hotel supplies are good, but I haven't touched the sanitary conditions, bath towels, etc. I have used my own. The overall experience was too bad. There are many elderly people staying in the entire hotel, and the airport staff seem to have also arranged to live here. Although I told me that the room I booked was too small, I was upgraded to a suite from a double room, but the problem still existed. Realistic experience.

We stayed in a triple room on the 6th floor of the main building, so the view from the balcony is sad. We asked for a higher room, but they refused us, since triple rooms are only on the 5th and 6th floors. The hotel is sooo tired and worn out, it is clear that at one time it was luxurious. It would be worth a good renovation and this hotel would be priceless, since the location is good, as you leave the hotel, to the left along the main street - within walking distance there are many cafes, shops and a large shopping center Joy city. To the right is to the sea, you can take bus 127 directly to the Embankment for 2 yuan (literally 3-4 stops). There are very few guests, mostly grandparents, so it is quiet and calm. We did not take food, there are many places nearby where you can eat well and inexpensively. The pool is on the 12th floor in the building next door, the water was surprisingly warm, but it is not cozy, dirty and not beautiful, the pool workers are very unpleasant and rude. Water caps are required. The elevator is fast. Towels and bed linen are good. Our refrigerator did not work, when we asked in WeChat they responded immediately and replaced it with a working one. In short, the hotel urgently needs a good renovation and a gardener!!!

The hotel is in a good location, the parking lot is also large, and the electric car fast charging is very convenient The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and she patiently answers some questions about local food and entertainment. Thumbs up The rooms are spacious and clean, and the price-performance ratio is too high Luckily, I was upgraded to a high floor, where I can see the view of the Bay Area, which is so beautiful, it is worth recommending👍
