入住這家酒店的體驗堪稱完美，尤其要誇誇管家Zoe——她的熱情與細心像股暖流，讓人從始至終都倍感妥帖。抵店時Zoe已在大堂等候，笑着帶我們辦理入住，帶我們上房間，天氣很好像Zoe的熱情一樣，藍天白雲映在水裡，像塊巨型藍寶石。進房後她拉開窗簾，波光粼粼的海邊與遠處的綠植相映成趣，視野開闊得讓人驚喜。酒店設施超讚：無邊泳池嵌在庭院中央，池水清澈見底，岸邊躺椅配着遮陽傘，隨手一拍都是度假大片，健身房器材嶄新齊全在酒店的一樓，早餐更是亮點，中西式菜品琳琅滿目，而Zoe特意推薦的後安粉堪稱一絕——骨湯濃郁，配料雞肚新鮮，爽滑的粉條裹着香氣，一口下去暖意融融。離店時和Zoe説了我們行程安排她還貼心的給我們延遲退房[強]從Zoe的周到服務到美景美食，每一處都透着用心，讓人真切感受到“賓至如歸”的愜意

這次入住三亞灣康年酒店，真的讓我和家人感受到了無微不至的貼心服務！從入住開始，Vivian就非常熱情周到，主動詢問我們的需求，考慮到我們帶着小朋友且晚上航班較晚，特意幫忙延遲退房，讓我們能更舒適地休息，這種賓至如歸的關懷讓人倍感温暖。酒店的小童活動安排得特別豐富，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎，完全不會無聊。而最讓人驚喜的還是樓頂的無邊際泳池和懸挑泳池，視野絕佳，既能俯瞰三亞灣的碧海藍天，又能體驗刺激的懸空泳池，拍照打卡超級出片！ 早餐也是一大亮點，品種豐富多樣，從中式點心到西式餐點應有盡有，味道也很棒，每天都能吃得心滿意足。 尤其是早餐廳的粉湯更是值得強烈推薦給各位，新鮮熬製的湯底，美味極了！還有現剝的菠蘿蜜，特別好吃！！！總之，三亞灣康年酒店無論是服務、設施還是餐飲都讓人印象深刻，絕對是親子出遊的絕佳選擇，下次來三亞一定還會再來！推薦管家Vivian給大家！！！

這次帶家裡長者來三亞，選擇康年酒店真是選對了！從入住開始，服務人員就特別熱情，主動幫忙提行李，辦理手續時全程笑臉相迎，讓人心裏暖暖的。安排的管家薇薇安更是細緻貼心，時刻關注我們的需求，非常熱情温暖。最驚喜的是安排的房間，不僅寬敞明亮，床品還非常舒適，陽台視野開闊，能看到很好的海景效果。樓頂的無邊泳池一定要誇！站在池邊能將碧海藍天盡收眼底，長者雖然沒下水，但在旁邊拍照觀景時特別開心。交通也很便利，離海邊近，打車去景點或商圈都方便，帶長者出行省了不少力。十七樓餐廳的椰子雞湯鍋，倆老很喜歡，挺不錯的，整體體驗超棒，下次來三亞還住這裏！
