在瑰麗這幾晚總體很不錯，網上管家Nanncy服務很好，每一次外賣都會給安排找人幫我送來到房間。房間也是給我們安排了最高樓層景色很美！五星點贊！房間設施環境都維護的不錯，賓客體驗經理Nanncy服務好，貼心周到，當他得知我的胃不舒服的時候也主動提出安排一份白粥很貼心。比別的酒店的服務貼心多了。

This stay at Rosewood Sanya was almost perfect. Breakfast was served in a feast mode, with semi-self-service ordering and self-service pick-up, with a wide variety of products and excellent quality. The 14th-floor sky lobby was magnificent, as if you were in an art gallery. The 13th-floor infinity pool and bar were full of atmosphere at night. The rooms were elegantly decorated and tidy. The customer service lady Caroline was very nice. She could think of what the guests wanted and took the initiative to provide various details in advance.
