1、老闆服務沒得説，沒水了第一時間送大桶飲用水，關鍵是我們都不知道停水了，響應及時好評。
2、頂樓可晾曬衣服
3、房間乾淨整潔
4、房子很大，我們都覺得很舒適，我們7個人住了3天
5、一樓有個搖搖木椅，很舒服，個人喜歡
6、空調冰箱廚房等各電器一應俱全
7、走到海邊8分鐘
8、離西島、天涯海角、天涯小鎮、南山觀音近
9、有四個衞生間，方便
10、最重要的一點，附近有個劉記農家菜和湛江燒烤，超級好吃，附帶美食圖一張
優點太多了，以後肯定再來。
唯一的建議，電視小了點，哈哈哈哈

第一次寫住宿點評，實在是因為沒有對比就沒有傷害。
優點：三層連體別墅，內有電梯，方便長者出行，僅此而已。
缺點：1、11個房間的別墅並不是獨棟，而是由三個單元連在一起，中間沒有隔斷措施，毫無私密性。多個家庭出行，必然會有所噪音，勢必影響隔壁客人。
2、設施陳舊，裝修細節毫無章法，比如：浴室乾濕不分離，開關插座充位置隨意安裝，一樓室外照明燈未安裝線頭隨意裸露，室內貼腳線損壞不修復，客廳放置了兩台麻將機，其中一台已經損壞還不知道收拾，感覺就像是居住在一個農家樂。
3、衞生環境臟亂差，泳池是三家連在一起的不説，水裡昆蟲，污污漂浮，客廳內、室外隨意放置無用的設施，外牆面發黴，陽台盡是垃圾，乒乓球桌上滿是灰塵，小區環境從未見過物業人員打掃，居住感覺就像是住在一個廢棄的工地內，小區給人的印象也像是一個動遷安置小區。
