Perfect service with English welcome, the room was large bright and spacious.
The bed is very comfortable and the area quiet.
The cafe service on the ground floor is good, there are varied dining options within a 10 minute walk.

При заселении бесплатно повысили категорию номера, за что огромная благодарность. Единственный минус - уборка оставляет желать лучшего, волосы по всему номеру, в зоне ресепшена какой-то бардак, да и у бассейна валяются какие то шланги, инструменты.

We were there with our family in February. The pool is cool, like the sea, about 20 degrees. The hotel seems to match the photos, but it is so unkempt, careless. Everything is lying around on the hotel grounds, something is lying around, buckets, ladders, rags, things, and at the reception it’s just 🙈 well, that’s the face of the hotel! Clean up! Remove unnecessary things from everywhere! The breakfast is so-so, just enough to have a snack in the morning. Mediocre sandwich/roll, 3 tomatoes, an egg, tasteless French fries. From the shared dishes: sweet potato, boiled corn (not always), rice with water - that’s it! The same thing day after day. The room we got was spacious, in building C, thank you very much for that! It’s convenient with a baby. Super like for the free laundry!
Overall, this didn’t spoil the impression. We were satisfied with our vacation. I’m just writing the details so that others know.
