從來衹住店不點評，因為住過的酒店基本上沒有特別離譜的，衹此一間，直接刷新了我對酒店、公寓的認識。因為想離海月廣場近一些，所以就在有同等價位備選的情況下選擇了它，畢竟頁面宣傳看起來還不錯，但實際上並不是這樣的。
1、公寓位於小區內，頁面宣傳圖中的泳池屬於小區公用設施，伴有惡臭氣味，在旁邊走道就能聞見。
2、當天辦理入住後，前台服務人員帶我們去房間，房間剛打開就有蚊蟲飛出來，整體環境非常不好，空間狹小，牆壁、傢俱皆有污垢，看起來就像上世紀八十年代骯臟的汽車旅館，最重要的是，這根本就不是我訂的房型！跟前台反饋後，他馬上説那我給你們換房，他這樣的行為讓我覺得他就是故意的。再次更換後的房間依然與原圖不符，空間狹小好多，衞生、設施依然不盡人意。礙於天色過晚，又舟車勞頓，不想折騰，就勉強住下，但是過差的入住環境讓人一夜難以安眠。
3、噪音巨大，即使在深夜依然有一陣陣發動機工作時的轟鳴聲，次日白天觀察發現大概率是直升機在上空過境時的噪音，晝夜不息。
4、我訂購時的價位是185，入住前幾小時發現頁麪價格已經變成160，無論是185還是160，商家提供的房間和服務是絕對不能滿足同等價位的酒店條件的！
