Real review: Very rubbish. "Working" WiFi is basically disabled, running at a speed of dozens of kb. "Rest" room has basically no soundproofing. At bedtime, the DJ downstairs started to play, and the whole bed was vibrating. The bed set smelled particularly bad.
Service: They are trying to solve the problem, but it is not very useful. The WiFi technician came and couldn't fix it. The soundproofing was poor. After consulting the front desk, they told me to call the KTV to lower the volume, but the problem still could not be solved. Finally, I asked if they could give me some noise reduction earplugs. The front desk replied, "Yes, you can come to the front desk to get it yourself." As a star hotel, such service can be extremely rubbish. This is the first time I have stayed in such a bad hotel. It's not as good as my youth hostel for 50 a night.
