住的躍層，樓下稍微有些潮濕，樓上好很多。酒店的環境很漂亮，有泳池，早餐也還可以，晚餐套餐一般般。穿過酒店花園，有個小門，過馬路就是沙灘，走路不到十分鐘吧。工作人員小劉 小何服務也很好。建議給躍層的一樓也配備淋浴，這樣從泳池回來就能直接洗澡換衣服了

第三次來三亞，這是最差勁👎🏻的一個酒店。因為亞龍灣想去的酒店房間滿了，所以這次就訂了這個三亞灣比較靠海的酒店，還沒入住，剛訂完酒店名字就改了，不知道是不是換老闆了。入住後酒店把其中一個房間給升級為所謂的套房，就是兩個小屋，但第二晚凌晨這個房間裏面的電閘就燒了，發出非常大的聲音，還冒煙，有刺鼻的味道，所幸沒有着火。之後我家人就被臨時轉移到了另外一個房間，真是心有餘悸，非常害怕。另外再説一下，酒店贈送的一些項目，比如旅拍，也是名存實亡。提前一天預約，讓我們等電話，從早上到晚上八點多都沒有人聯繫，睡前去問前台，説旅拍人員聯繫不上我們，説發訊息給我也不回。真是説謊不打草稿。然後又讓留了一遍電話號碼，不到20分鐘電話就打來了，意思是你訂晚了沒有檔期了，後聯繫前台讓其協調，答覆是贈送的項目不歸我們酒店，我們管不了。我想問，你管不了你還在網頁上標什麼贈送？請大家千萬小心，不要被網頁上的贈送訊息騙了，以免影響心情。最後再説一下由於電閘燒壞臨時轉移，前台送了個小禮物説表示歉意，我一看還不如不送，就是幾張帶工業香精的小紙片，真是醉了。從這個小禮物看，他們的歉意也不多，算了，退房時小卡片一併退給了前台，留着他們自己用吧。希望這樣的經歷不要再次發生。請大家參考。也希望酒店能悶聲發大財。
