非常不錯的體驗～
管家Abby訊息回覆非常及時，有什麼問題都第一時間幫我解決，哪怕下班了，也在線回覆信息
早餐很豐富，竟然有巧克力瀑布和冰淇淋，一般酒店早餐都不會提供這些，孩子們可喜歡了💕。米粉麪條有兩個檔口，滿足了我這個碳水腦袋～
酒店衞生還是很不錯的，雖然不是新酒店了，但是細節保養得挺不錯，工作人員衞生很仔細
沙灘燒烤餐廳是峇裏島風味，菲律賓歌手感覺很鬆弛～我不小心把酒灑了，馬上免費幫我重新調了一杯，服務很棒呢～
沙灘很美，沙子很細～除了太熱太曬，沒毛病了，沙灘有個人售賣煙花拍視頻，記得一定要講價、講價！
酒店四個游泳池，完全玩不過來，留點遺憾，下次再去！

作為酒店來説給客人辦理入住時間定為下午4點已經是很過分了，國內外的酒店基本都是3點，然後當我四點到點辦理入住告知我房間還沒打掃好……有其他景觀不好的房間可以入住，我請問呢我錢都花了你你問我住好的還是普的？？？員工不夠可以多請一些好不好，五點告知我可以入住了，你在打掃一會就能直接給我開夜床了，然後我進到房間裏有一股怪味我想應該是潮濕的味道，因為等房間在外邊溜達弄得一身汗，進房間裏想沖一下是，一個碩大的美瞳就在浴室正中間……這就是打掃到下午五點的結果，不如不掃，真的效率太低下了，請多要求要求自己的工作效率，而不是要求客人來適應你們的拖延症，大家時間都很寶貴的拜託

本次入住感覺特別棒，酒店環境一流，景觀一流，管家Liam服務也是特別暖心，入住之前就一直在詢問有什麼需要，告訴一些貼心的小提示，入住後也是一直在關注入住體驗，特別好，下次來三亞還會選擇艾迪遜~

這一次入住艾迪遜是計劃之外，本來入住當天航班回程，發生航變飛機延誤，小朋友也沒有玩盡興，臨時加了一晚，確實也是意外驚喜，超出預期。論服務，在我連着三年住過的9家酒店裡排前二，每位工作人員都笑臉相迎，非常熱情，公區也很美，小童活動也很豐富，小童泳池下午還有披薩吃，這個還是第一次遇到，點贊！餐飲也不錯，晚上晉餐廳的海鮮火鍋挺好，女兒特別喜歡烤全羊，去拿了三次，早餐也挺豐富，房間帶兩份早餐，入住的時候直接給申請了兩份小童早餐，問了離店行程後，又主動辦理了延時退房！到房間，看到我們人多，直接搬了一整箱礦泉水給我們，還送了兩個椰子！尤其是管家Liam，熱情介紹酒店活動和服務，還免費補充了迷你吧，多次詢問需求，必須給個💯！

艾迪遜入住體驗整體下來感覺特別好，
1️⃣房間體驗：訂的觀海大床房，前台免費幫我們升級到風尚開間大床房，房間設計簡約，整體很大。
2️⃣服務到位
管家麗麗小姐姐，人美心善，特別熱情，送了小朋友小童禮包，裏面物品蠻豐富的，瞭解到我們是第二次回來入住，送了我們兩個椰子，還幫我們預約了晚上的泡泡浴，感謝小姐姐給我們滿滿的儀式感。看到我們帶了小朋友，考慮到小朋友需要午睡，還幫我們延時退房，走的時候還送了我們小童玩具，簡直太細心了，這服務系列，打滿分💯
另外小童樂園必須好評，簡直解放爸媽，讓小朋友在裏面玩一天也不會無聊，而且工作人員態度都很好，基本有求必應。還可以帶小朋友坐坐小火車。
