從 2017 年第一次踏進這片海，到今天，我已經數不清自己第幾次刷房卡。粗略一算，二十次肯定是打不住的。可以説，我見證了艾迪遜從“小眾寶藏”到“一房難求”，再到疫情期間“整片沙灘衹為我一個人亮燈”的全過程。那時候，出租車門一拉開，我就能憑味道判斷司機師傅上一單是不是從艾迪遜接的——黑茶像暗號一樣精準。可如今，酒店除了前台對比濃重，其他幾乎聞不到環境香了；園區聲，光系統開始“將就”，服務也肉眼可見地滑向“糊弄”。敷衍像傳染病，從入住到離店一路蔓延：果盤從精緻用心變成敷衍簡陋，有時也不值得為客人擺；在住打掃床腳付了小費，也沒了原先的用心，潮濕了的床單也不會主動更換；早餐、中餐、入夜儀式，五年前的菜單和流程像被時間凍結；唯一在流動的，是那些我熟悉的名字——從前台到餐廳酒吧沙灘吧，一個個老朋友悄悄離職，。我理解疫情三年的艱難，也看見過你們在 2021 年底短暫地“回血”：服務重新有了眼神交流，果盤裡開始出現手寫卡片。可這股勁兒似乎沒多久，又像退潮一樣散了。是老客户“活該”被怠慢嗎？還是你們覺得“反正他們會自己回來”？艾迪遜的硬件依舊能打，可一家好酒店真正的靈魂是“人”——那些願意蹲下來替你把拖鞋擺正的管家，那些記得你芒果過敏的餐廳小姐姐，那些酒後記得為你準備一杯熱檸檬紅茶的調酒師。當這些人一個個消失，再美的海也會變成一池温水。我依然愛這片海，也愛當年那個願意為一束光、一縷香反覆調試的艾迪遜。衹是下一次刷房卡前，我想先聽到一句真誠的“我們聽見了”，而不是又一場“歡迎回家”的復讀機。

從進大門開始酒店禮賓幫忙拿行李箱，辦理入住後管家會陪同到房間，一路上給我們介紹一些關於酒店的情況，酒店每位工作人員都很有禮貌，也很熱情，有任何問題管家也會第一時間幫助處理好，水上運動小孩玩的很開心，要不是天氣太熱了，肯定多玩幾次，還送了我們椰子，早餐也很豐富，下次肯定還會選擇入住三亞艾迪遜！
