滿心歡喜的來，非常失望的離開！房間裏面很多小黑蟲，第一天住進來就看到一個，結果第二天又看到了很多，帶小朋友來玩，就住了2天小朋友就被蟲子咬成了皮炎！衞生真的堪憂！

在我寫這篇點評的時候我還在這家酒店！因為近期三亞天氣確實冷熱適宜，蚊蟲少對孩子很友好所以選擇了住了四晚之後又續住三晚！續住真心不是覺得服務有多完美。一是懶得折騰，其次孩子喜歡這裏的託管！我喜歡清靜怕人多，在我來三亞前我特意問之前入住時接待的管家房態情況人家也沒理我導致我到了酒店才知道人滿為患！
由於我續住選擇了露台套房所以今天要更換房間，很可惜直到下午四點多我還在等房間，打電話問前台房間什麼時候可以好，回答我正在打掃時間不確定，在我一再要求下回復要 17 點左右！好吧我一早在原房間裏收拾傻等就這麼耗了將近一天！之前的好感就這麼一點點敗光！讓我感到有點不能理解的是我早上十點去前台辦續住手續，前台接待向我介紹了一個更大的房間我還以為要給我升級呢，鬧了半天是勸我自己再花六千多升級…意思是寧可讓客人等到五點也不給客人現有的房間？何況我也不是住基礎房型的客人啊！之前那幾天和我們一起來的訂的房型比我們低都給升級了，我們這種一天在酒店額外消費幾千塊黑鑽都不配給升級寧可讓人這麼等着？看來是生意確實好不缺客源！連服務員都説近期的客人明顯沒有早期的客人層次高，隨手可見一臉廉價化粧品，身披地攤貨，四五線感十足的四處扭捏擺拍！真心辣眼睛！
入住期間還遇到了個小插曲：服務員在我送洗衣服時出了點差錯經理打電話來誠意十足表示歉意説打折送什麼點心椰子…直到我換房我連個椰子殼都沒看到！下次看來要慎重了！
客觀一點就有點並不是一無是處
首先呢有小童託管，解放帶娃的父母含午餐一天大概八九百，我們入住期間就一直每天託管和娃雙向奔赴！
其次呢雙床房裡臨海客房是景色最好的（最好高樓層）而且可以要求把雙床拼成一個三米的超大 kingsize
最後呢也是我們最中意的地方 早餐和自助晚餐都不錯！住了這些天都是在這裏用餐，總廚也很熱情，餐廳服務員都很不錯！目前放眼整個海棠灣也就嘉佩樂能和這裏一個水平了！如果是帶娃那這裏還是優選的！
