We stayed in these apartments for 2 weeks. At first we booked for a week, but then stayed for another one. The apartment is clean, it has everything you need for living. The location is excellent, all the necessary locations are nearby.
There were some minor downsides for us.
Riding in a stuffy elevator to the 30th floor, when it also stops on several floors along the way.
Cleaning and change of towels/linen, once a week.
But this can be solved, you just need to go to the reception and ask for a change of towels or toilet paper.
In general, I recommend the apartments!
