帶媽媽出遊，退休慶祝之旅。選了很多很多酒店，最後選了這家，其實評論不同的聲音很多，我來客觀説一下。
這個價位，在三亞我覺得是ok的。
房間很大，海景也很好，大浴缸很爽，設施稍微有一點舊，沒有看見蟲子。
管家小袁ken，有什麼需要都可以聯繫安排，給準備了水果，酒店旁邊的餐廳味道也很不錯，不完全是景區店。小袁ken服務周到體貼，入住感受都特別好。
晚餐自助我覺得差點意思，自費的話我不會選擇。

酒店服務非常好，辦理入住時前台小姐姐幫我們升級了高層的至尊海景房，房間的景觀非常好，面朝大海～管家小袁ken每天都會貼心問候入住感受，有問題也及時處理了。中途出行時遺失了一件衣服，客房部也很積極的查監控，並且很快的就幫忙找回來了。特別為打掃阿姨點贊，很細心的觀察到我對酒店的枕頭不適應，及時為我更換了枕頭，讓後面的睡眠質量顯著提升！
