畢竟不靠海，相對於三亞另外兩家皇冠假日，其他附加的酒店產品會少很多，環境設施常規五星級配套，酒店設計算五星級酒店中舉中規吧，游泳池居然不是恆温的，本來想游泳但陰天水冷就沒有下水了，評論主要想誇讚的五星級的服務，從到酒店進門的禮賓積極開門拿行李，到禮賓Terry熱情的介紹和推薦便利店，感到賓至如歸，打掃房間衞生的阿姨也非常好，快速乾淨👏服務好自然評分體驗不會太差的

Nice, clean, spacious room and bathroom; near enough to a night market and shopping mall. We had a non-smoking room which was great. It is not the newest of all new. It is a little run down but fine otherwise.

首先，感謝前台gabby，退房時充電器落在房間，gabby來電通知並協調幫忙快遞，特別暖心❤️，其次，雖然酒店開業時間很久設施有些陳舊，但空調、冰箱這些設備效果都很好，且入住時都已經提前通電，進房間後非常舒適，最後就是晚餐自助，可能是旅遊淡季，菜品不是特別豐富，畢竟人均100多，感覺略有差距，尤其是清補涼，配的豇豆、鷹嘴豆竟然是鹹的……拿着沙拉區的菜代替清補涼……有點太草率了

非常棒的入住體驗酒店環境設施還是很不錯的酒店的早餐真的很不錯選擇性非常多而且食材也很新鮮好吃
前台vivi非常nice，幫忙郵寄遺留物，酒店的工作人員也很熱情
