酒店環境很好，綠化很多。房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，沒有異味，被子蓋的很舒服，酒店的前台，客房服務也很貼心周到。見面都會熱情的打招呼。離海邊很近。周邊飯店，超市很多，吃飯購物方便。交通也很方便，有好多公交車，隨時都可以打到出租車。很滿意的一次旅行。

房間很大，衞生稍差點，別墅裏的泳池不乾淨，沒法下水，應該好好管理一下，擺渡車很好，隨叫隨到，離海邊有點距離，過馬路穿過天域酒店，但是價格在周圍酒店裡最便宜，性價比還可以，可惜就住了一晚，公共泳池就一個，但是很乾凈，環境很好，值得再住

颱風過境，美景如初。再次入住，悠閑愜意。酒店的建築以木質與原石為裝飾、園區面積大、綠植覆蓋率高、泳池適合打卡、滿滿的峇裏島熱帶雨林風，且毗鄰百花谷商業街，配套設施齊全，實屬亞龍灣鬧中取靜、靜謐心安、度假放鬆好去處。雨後的氣息依然清新無比、客房還是那麼舒適整潔、酉味餐廳的神仙雞也不失美味……前台和禮賓部員工們親切友善的服務水準一如既往在線，特別是預訂部小邢誠意滿滿的溝通和安排更是展現了優秀的待客之道。

這次來三亞，經歷了據説是四十年一遇的超強颱風“劍魚”！網上看到三亞很多居民小區停水停電，好多酒店也是如此，還好我住的酒店沒有斷水斷電！外面狂風暴雨，在酒店房間關好門窗，拉上窗簾，沒有感到害怕，反而很安心。尤其是在這種颱風天裏，住着舒心。超慶幸自己選擇了五號別墅酒店，讓我安然度過了這次颱風，特別感謝酒店，下次來三亞還住你家。
