這次入住三亞灣假日度假酒店，感覺特別好。態度熱情服務到位，入住時幫助把行李送到房間，房間裏備好了水果，乾淨整潔，離店時還派車送站。因為我們都是70歲以上的老年人，接待我們的小彭同志更是細心關照，服務周到，在此給予表揚和感謝！

房間很大很乾凈，訂的是豪華大床房免費升級到親子海景房，設施也很完善，酒店環境很不錯，服務也都很好。餐飲選擇也很多，不出酒店就可以解決。親子活動非常豐富，小火車卡丁車都可以免費玩。酒店離沙灘也挺近的，過一條馬路就是沙灘。玩得非常開心。管家Angela趙旭也很貼心，有問必答，還給免費延遲退房到兩點，非常方便。

酒店前台Arlen小岳服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心處理，服務態度特別棒。酒店雖在機場附近但一點也感覺不到嘈雜。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔，離西島也很近，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意，下次還會選擇。
