服務貼心而熱情，基本是有求必應。酒店是有點年久失修的，這是事實，但並不太讓我受不了。這是三亞光鮮亮麗背後的另一個麪而已。但有些可以改進而不必花大價錢的東西，確是不作為的，例如下圖的毛巾，相信酒店服務員看到臟了，還是繼續使用；熱水壺有綠色的漆，也繼續放在屋內。這些東西不就是膈應人嗎？何必呢？我沒有找事，投訴什麼的。但細節可體現管理層或經營者的態度。

酒店的設施挺不錯的，環境挺好的，房間有個陽台，景觀效果很棒，離第一市場很近，晚上還有夜市，我挺中意27層的海景餐廳的，不知道這次為啥停止營業了
