Marina Spa Hotel Sanya

The hotel is a bit old, but the service is OK.

We stayed at the Marina Spa Hotel in early March 2025. The hotel is very tired, it hasn't been renovated for a long time, the rooms are dirty, cleaning is changing towels and washing the floor a little (the whole hotel is washed with one smelly rag). Mirrors and glass are not washed at all, there are fingerprints and dust on them. The bed is clean and comfortable, linen and robes were changed every other day. The air conditioning did not work in the room and there was no refrigerator (all this is in the description), upon request they brought a small rusty refrigerator. Also, in the room for two there is one chair, we asked for a chair - they brought it quickly. Every day they bring water in small bottles. There is a bathtub on the balcony in the room, it was dirty. There is a pool, they cleaned it in front of us, but it is very dirty around it, garbage and stinks of urine, a piece of YOUR beach is 50 meters of shore between the piers in an almost port area, you can't relax there. One plus is the hotel's location in a quiet area and a view from the window of the sea and Phoenix Island. Breakfast is only Chinese dishes (three types of hot, soup and porridge, watermelon or melon), but there is little food and by 9 o'clock everything is empty, only bread and boiled eggs remain, there are no hot drinks at all, only one type of juice. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, you can also go to other areas by taxi for 20-30 yuan. I do not recommend this hotel.
