酒店整體設施維護的不錯，管家王晶和其他服務人員態度也很好。訂單帶的餐根據我們的時間，給重新安排了，整體比較滿意，中午的時候可以在户外恆温泳池游泳。

整體上感覺很不錯，我帶家人出來旅遊，第一要務就是選一個好的酒店，這個酒店性價比挺高的，特別是在海棠灣，酒店後面有草地，有海岸線，有沙灘，環境相當不錯。以家庭為單位入住的居多，早餐也豐富，酒店服務很好，特別是貼心管家（miki）服務我覺得很不錯，還包括親子活動等，向大家推薦這個酒店，特別是帶家人來三亞，一定要在這裏住一住，感受一下。
