作為萬豪旗下的老品牌酒店，在硬件設施和軟件服務上絕對是可以信賴的。在三亞眾多新舊的國際品牌酒店中，還是會對喜來登品牌獨鍾。從酒店內就可以走到海灘，非常方便，泳池，親子設施也很多，不出酒店就可以玩兒上一天，很贊。酒店距離海棠灣的各景點也很近。早餐很豐富，雖然人很多但補餐很快。還要給前廳 GRO 員工Lucky 點贊，小姑娘服務很好。

很讚的酒店，有1.5米的泳池，休閑娛樂。整體以椰樹林為場景，小哥還幫忙給房間升了級，非常的開心。走到海邊衹有5分鐘。我的管家是雪子lucky。

這次入住海棠灣喜來登總體感覺十分舒適，房間乾淨整潔，酒店設施沒感覺陳舊，衞生間盥洗室都沒有異味。早餐也挺好吃，種類豐富。管家Riley服務很不錯，會提前詢問是否打掃、還能提供各種預約服務，溝通順暢。酒店的麪館、中餐廳都很好吃。
