環境：酒店超級棒，位置就在大東海旁邊，走路5分鐘就到海邊。樓下就是商場，吃飯購物一應俱全。
服務：服務一級好，前台小孫非常熱情，還免費送了我們水果。
設施：房間很大，直接看海景美極了。早餐也很好吃，品種非常豐富，而且可以持續到下午一點半，晚起的人有福了。
一共住了三晚，定了家庭房，非常滿意，下次來還選他們家！！！

第二次來三亞住哈曼了，比2年前服務更優化了，住酒店的外國人很多，感覺跟出國了一樣，管家靜嶸很貼心，入住前就加了聯繫方式溝通各項事宜，很滿意的一次體驗。

前台小孫超級棒，有問必答的那種。整體下來體驗感非常滿意，有機會的話會繼續帶家人來住！衞生也挺乾淨的，因為帶小朋友一起，所以比較注重這塊。娛樂設施也超級多，早餐和自助晚餐也超好吃。住了三個酒店，我覺得這家是吃的最好的一次。
