The location is good and very close to the HSR statio However the self service laundry facility is not very good.

The Hotel was above & beyond our expectations. The staff were brilliant, also their service & attitude was professional, throughout our stay, & the staff we interacted with were all very friendly. I gave the Hotel an overall score of 10/10,but should really be 8/10. The only reason I should have given them 8 was for this reason. After breakfast every morning, & around 21:00hrs to well pass midnight, it felt and smelled like there were a couple of smokers in our room. This happens even though, the AC was on at full blast. I happen to suffer from asthma, and was experiencing some attacks before our arrival & during our stay. Needless to say, the secondhand smoke, finding its way into our room, did not help my medical condition. I hope after reading my review, the hotel would take my recommendation. Perhaps by having either No smoking, or, non Smoking Floors. I’m currently @ the Vienna sister hotel right in the Sanya Phoenix Airport, writing this review. I’m here until my tomorrow evening departure flight. We arrived here in the hotel @ 14:00hrs, so far, not a hint of any smoke odour. Thank you Staff for great service.

Room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. No fridge though. Hotel is within walking distance from San Ya Railway station. Quite a number of buses ply at a stop about 100m from hotel to sightseeing spots but have difficulty crossing the road if returning on the other side of the road (alternative is to wait for bus to loop at railway station). There's an electric tram stop nearby too.

The hotel is quite a distance to walk from the Sanya high-speed train station. There are only a few local eateries near the hotel. Thankfully there is a new shopping centre (Summer Station) which is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Although it said sanya high speed rail station it is actually a distance away. Need to take a taxi as it take 10-15 minute walk.

This hotel has surpassed all my expectations. I was locked down during the outbreak of Covid in Sanya. The staff was gracious, helpful and professional at all times. Despite not able to speak English they kept me up to date about requirements. The room was clean and kept clean. I appreciated the laundry facilities they provide free of charge. Their robotic butler was very helpful in these trying times. They also reduced prices to an affordable amount. They have an award from Trip.com and they fully deserve it!! Thanks for hosting me

Thank you very much Vienna for upgrading the room. The front desk and service staff are very qualified and patient. They all serve with a smile, polite and enthusiastic, making people feel very friendly, just like returning home. The bed is moderately soft and comfortable. A too soft bed will make your waist tired. At night, you can also use Xiaodu to play music in the room to relieve a day's fatigue. I will stay here again in the future. It's great!

We stayed for two nights during the May Day family trip. Let me start with the advantages. It is not far from the city center and you can take a taxi to have tea and eat seafood for 50 yuan. It is more than 20 minutes by car from the airport, which is cost-effective. The front desk upgraded me to a parent-child room because I saw that I had children. The service was very good. The disadvantage was that there was a big cyst on the child's leg on the first night. After changing the bedding, it disappeared the next day. Compared with the price of several thousand per night, it is generally good.
