別墅很乾凈，還有泳池，對親子家庭非常友好，距離海灘也很近，管家服務都很好，很熱情，去海灘和停車場都有電瓶車接送。

服務：管家服務很好很貼心，幫忙送了好幾次外賣。入住辦理順利
衞生：剛進有一個卧室房間，衞生情況一般，發現有未打掃乾淨的骨頭。
設施：能看出來是年成久遠的別墅設施了，後期維護可以加強。其中廁所有一個門有些損壞

這次入住非常滿意。因為帶狗，一般衹能住民宿，這是我半年以來住過最乾淨的民宿了。狗狗可以在院子裏跑，草地維護的還算是可以的。尤其管家服務特別貼心，雖然我們衹是住一天，管家也沒有區別對待，預訂成功以後就與我們聯繫。入住期間我們點了好幾次外賣，每次管家都會送到門口。每個房間佈置的都很好，我們衹有三個人，以至於我們還想了很久究竟要住哪一間。大部分座椅也都有毛巾鋪好，作為養寵和有潔癖的人安全感拉滿。狗狗不小心踩臟了一個户外椅子的墊子，管家也沒有責怪我們，不存在剋扣按金的情況。真正意義上的寵物友好！沒有拍房間照片，但是和酒店宣傳完全一致。馬路對面有海棠灣生態公園，人少乾淨，非常適合遛狗。

首先服務好評，管家非常負責，先帶入房再辦入住，外賣直接送家門口，去海邊外出了聯繫電瓶車接駁。泳池提換水需要自費300，空水池24小時。你要擔心不乾淨就別下水，這個也能理解，水池每天都有清樹葉搞衞生，反正我們家小孩是嗨了2天。兩間房在負一層，但是採光通風都很好，並不感覺潮濕。空調效果也很不錯。8個人剛好四間房，這個價格很划算。

Nice villa for a family get away; the rooms are big and comfortable and they provide cleaning everyday. The in house pool is nice for small kids and it was well kept. The staff are very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.
