The hotel is unkempt with an unpleasant smell. No service to empty the bin and offer new towels.

It was amazing viewing, very beautiful place, good weather. The location of hotel is superb. Just staff is careless.

Clean, the boss is very nice, the service is very good and thoughtful, there is airport pick-up service, the attractions are all around, Sanya Bay is five minutes away, there is a swimming pool downstairs, you can cook and wash clothes, and you can see the sea upstairs. I will come again next time

The community environment is very good. There are plenty of parking spaces. It is suitable for self-driving. The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the beach. It is only a few hundred meters away. There is also public transportation to the center of Sanya and Sanya Bay attractions. It is nearby. It is very convenient and cost-effective.

Close to the airport, clean rooms. 10 minutes to the beach, you can cook in the room. The butler can take you to the attractions. If you stay for a long time, there is airport pick-up service. You can see the sea from the balcony

I booked a king-size room, and the owner upgraded it to a three-bed suite for free. The room is indeed big enough, but unfortunately the apartment is a bit old. There is no laundry detergent, so you need to bring your own. There are also no clothes drying racks, so the owner finally delivered seven or eight clothes drying racks himself. The balcony overlooks Sanya Bay, and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The environment is pretty good.

I stayed here for 4 nights during my 10-day visit to Sanya. I am already a repeat customer. I stayed here when I got off the plane when I came, and I stayed here again when I left. It's a perfect closed loop. This homestay is located in a residential area, which is a relatively new area. The gardens, landscapes and swimming pools in the area are particularly beautiful. Standing on the 6th floor of the homestay, you can enjoy a great sea view and distant view. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and drink coconut milk. The bed and quilt are very dry and hygienic. This is the only homestay that has a faint fragrance after entering, which is great! I can also cook. I bought seafood from the nearby seafood market and steamed it. It was so delicious!
