這次入住體驗堪稱完美，必須給五星好評！從踏入酒店大堂開始，就被氣派又不失温馨的環境吸引，前台小姐姐笑容親切，辦理入住速度超快，還貼心介紹了酒店設施和周邊攻略。
房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，躺在上面瞬間卸下疲憊。窗外視野開闊，夜景尤其迷人。浴室水壓水温剛好，洗漱用品是知名品牌，細節處盡顯用心。
晚餐在酒店餐廳解決，菜品豐富且味道驚艷，服務員全程貼心周到。第二天的早餐種類超多，中西式都有，新鮮又美味。
退房時工作人員還主動詢問入住體驗，送上了小伴手禮。全程感受到的高品質服務和舒適體驗，讓這次出行格外愉悦，絕對是下次再來的首選，強烈推薦給大家！

我知道瞻雲酒店是從中歐校友入住開始，去年我推薦我的兒子假期旅行住在瞻雲，兒子告訴我瞻雲是個非常非常好的酒店，還拍了好多美照發我，我也衹是一笑而已，因為三亞的好酒店太多了。這次因為家裝修我選擇了這個離家近的酒店，入住第一天我就愛上了這家置身於萬科森林度假公園的酒店，我理解了什麼樣的酒店能給人一種家的感覺：卓越的服務，從入住辦理、寬敞明亮的房間中各個細節的設定，沒有人打擾你，但你的需求都在安安靜靜中快速地處理好，總有意外驚喜，房間的免費升級，入住的新鮮水果杯、椰膏糖，退房時的小松鼠毛絨玩具，5天時間飛逝而過，下一次來三亞還會選擇瞻雲。

房間很好，之前把空氣凈化器的數值理解錯了，誤給了差評，很不好意思。酒店乾淨整潔，比鄰森林公園，空氣清新，站在陽台上往下看賞心悦目。
