當你入住時，是必須致電客服，他們會下來你才賽以乘電梯。所謂的入住大堂，煙味很重，員工服務態度也一般，後來想拿多條毛巾，也需等不短的時間，員工的態度也很冷淡。房間的保養一般，從照片可見已經有不少時間的痕跡，與清潔無關，應該是日子久了，缺少維修。雖然說明上是有廚房和洗衣機，但兩者的保養和衛生都一般，基本上不會敢使用。
停車的話是要按時收費，首個小時¥6，一之後每個小時¥3。公寓跟瑰麗酒店是同一座大廈，風景和位置只差一點點，價錢卻相差很遠。走去沙灘的道路相當不錯，因為沿途都有樹遮陰，也可以經過瑰麗酒店的設施，包括泳池，大草地以及私人沙灘。
公寓房間的景觀很開陽，可看到兩個直升機場和不夜城摩天輪，但海景會被瑰麗酒店阻擋是從側邊看到。
整體來說，房間以外的設備是還好的，二百到三百元，性價比可以。但其實可能還有其他選擇，有機會重來，寧願多付一點錢，到旁邊更好的酒店入住。
