服務不錯，環境尚可：拍照可以，游泳不行，海底有礁石，水草很多。此次在鹿回頭國賓館、太陽灣柏悦酒店、亞龍灣美爵都有體驗，感覺國賓館落伍了，柏悦合適擺ps拍照，還是亞龍灣比較適合我這種游泳、海灘愛好者。

房間風景很好，酒店周圍也很安靜，在海邊躺着很舒服。服務很周到，有任何需求可以聯繫酒店安排，每天下午有happy hour，很有氛圍感。
入住四天三晚把酒店的餐廳都嘗試了一遍，中餐廳最好吃～菜的口味很驚艷

服務：剛到達柏悦就感受到了工作人員的熱情，見到的每個工作人員都很有禮貌，態度和善。着重表揚一下管家，真的很貼心，很細心周到，態度特別好！特別是有一天下午我的眼鏡粗心丟了。從管家到值班經理，再到安保人員都耐心查監控，很快就幫我找回，非常感謝！在三亞住了很多奢牌酒店，柏悦算是第一梯隊的，對於需求響應很快。
環境：柏悦整體的調調我特別喜歡，公區很有設計感和藝術氣息。熟悉後，也沒有像網上説的容易迷路。而且很多地方的藝術品，也會時不時有驚喜。沙灘的品質更是一流，這個季節會有海藻，但是工作人員清理的很及時，沙子特別柔軟。
房間：一進房間，堪比imax的框景，直接驚艷到，有一種娓娓道來的故事感，感覺靜靜看着海景，心情變得很平靜，都被治癒了。而且房間佈局很好，衞生也很乾凈。
餐飲：餐飲有被驚艷到，本來想着圖方便在酒店吃，不管是悦廳的自助火鍋，還是茶苑的菜品都超出預期，甚至走後會有些想念一些菜品。
總體來説，柏悦值得細細品味，值得再來！在這裡會讓人感到內心寧靜，在三亞有一種遺世獨立的美感。

本次三亞之行除了傑倫演唱會，最最期待的就是柏悦酒店了，雖然去的時候烏雲密佈，但是看到乾淨的沙灘和大海還是激動的不行，房間在五棟頂樓，那扇窗户真的美到窒息，運氣真的特別好，第二天一大早就出太陽，看到了絕美的玻璃海，海的顏色真的藍的透亮，酒店的服務也超級超級好，感謝的我的管家小姐姐和送我離開酒店的姐姐，下次一定要多住幾天！！！
