Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort

Overall feeling: Love it. Except for the rain on the first day when we arrived, it was sunny all day for 5 days. The glass sea is super beautiful~ I love the hotel design so much. One step at a time, one view. My criteria for choosing a hotel is that the beach is good and not too parent-child friendly. I have stayed at Mandarin Oriental twice, and I feel that the beach is still a bit average. The beach of Park Hyatt is white sand, which is really fine~ You can step on it barefoot~ People say that Park Hyatt is not parent-child friendly, but I feel that there are many parent-child activities when I stay here! There is custody, but the children's playground is not big. There is a small program to make an appointment for the next day's activities one night in advance. For water projects, you can ask the butler to make an appointment. You can experience 2 water projects every day when you stay in the hotel, and it doesn't matter if you don't make an appointment for paddle boards and canoes. You can play them after registering in the past. The breakfast changes every day, which is very attentive, but the variety is not particularly large. There is no ice cream, but I can still eat very full [doge] I had 2 meals at the Tea Garden, which was so delicious, so delicious, it was simply the light of Sanya. . . Most of the hotel restaurants and surrounding takeaways in Sanya are extremely unpalatable. . . Tea Garden is really amazing and touching🥲 The hotel management is very strict. Even on May Day, there were not many people. Non-hotel staff are not allowed to enter the beach. The staff will always confirm the room number of new guests~

人生酒店 三亞天花板 實在是太愛了

無論從海景，硬件，服務或者是食物美味程度都是滿分。 可以説是國內目前住過最好的酒店 沒有之一

這次訂的最基礎的房型是有陽台的，安排在五樓非常方便，因為二樓和五樓聯通整個酒店，入住前兩天就有管家添加微信，有什麼問題都可以和管家溝通，入住前腳破皮酒店也有給創口貼和碘伏棉簽，除了歡迎水果，每天下午都有送一份點心到房間，訂房時候買錯訂單，我的訂單不包含水上項目，和管家溝通後也得到解決，我這棟下1樓就是童趣空間，和小童水上樂園，帶孩子非常方便，下次會帶孩子一起來體驗，整體下來本次度假是很愉快的。

非常滿意 環境超棒，就是放入住的時候，有點容易迷路😂 首輪迷你吧飲品及小食:雖然説是首輪，但是管家説學要的話也可以幫我們補 UNWIND 愜意時刻:下午一邊吹海風一邊去吃點心情，還有人在旁邊演唱，感覺超讚！ 酒店裡的水上項目也很建議體驗！

入住體驗差，不愉快。工作人員態度不好，連基礎服務都做不好，讓人身心疲憊，避雷吧。到店行李沒人拿，大堂亂糟糟的，都下午四點了還有很多人在等着打掃。辦入住戴眼鏡的女前台，當著客人的麪還嘀咕，這合適嗎？連基本的房型也搞不清，詢問入住時間她就很不耐煩。後面Chris接待，我們一直站那等她打電話，聽着就挺負面，後面開始對着電腦不知道在幹嘛了，很敷衍。提着行李走來走去也挺累，當時衹想去休息，她給了間電梯口最低樓層，之後就一言不發不理人了，我們尬在那，誰懂啊，出來玩遇到這些人和事比上班還心累，酒店的員工培訓和運營流程有很大問題。而且酒店位置偏僻，公區動線設計複雜，泳池在刷漆味道嗆人。很多方面還不如普通星級酒店，做一鎚子買賣是不可能長久的。為了放鬆而來，卻被影響心情，再也不會考慮該品牌的酒店
