大堂入住混亂 剛到大門沒人接待 辦理退房入住也就三四對人。服務不周到 登記入住的大堂是個過道口 來回行人錯落不開。很不理解 為社麼要這麼設定前台。上來給安排一個特別把邊的房間。可以看照片 這個房間的衞生問題真的讓人很失望。和管家説了給換了一間房 大概走上五分鐘時間來回都是長長的過道 像迷宮一樣！大堂 大廳 過道佔地面積是真的大！每個樓都像迷宮 門都是一模一樣的！後來果然迷路找電梯🛗是真費勁！！我是住在5️⃣號樓 後來聽説 5號樓已經是相當好找的！真的是服！餐廳價格高得離譜！除了有一個私慾海灘🏖️之外 這沒覺得有什麼讓人喜歡的地方！游泳池 0.9米 都不到。就是個擺設！ 另一個泳池 也不大 還能遊一下。設施什麼的 就是文化藝術品 在公共大廳的擺設 看着挺瘮人的 尤其是晚上出房間。找不回來 感覺真像鬼打牆！！反正我的感受就是很失望！ 衝著排名99來的！感覺被騙了

柏悦最基礎的房都很舒服，管家提前一天加微信細緻瞭解同行人員每一個需求，酒店的每一處細節都值得駐足欣賞，藝術氣氛、人文關懷、自然景觀很好的融合到一起。早餐精緻豐富，悦廳自助火鍋都非常美味，所到之處服務員都會點頭致意，微笑地滿足每一個需求，一定還會再來的哈哈
