Жили в этом отеле с 10 по 18 марта. Отель очень комфортный, тихий, спокойный. Немного далековато до моря, но с отеля ездит бесплатный автобус. На территории находится маленький магазин с необходимым товаром. Рядом с отелями магазинов продуктовых нет. Но есть аутлет, в котором находятся небольшие кафе и магазины с одеждой. Внутри отеля все чисто и опрятно. Люди на ресепшене замечательные. Очень приветливые. Немного говорят по-английски, проблем никаких нет. Работники отеля тоже улыбчивые и хорошие. Сам номер чистый, без посторонних запахов. На территории присутствует мини зоопарк. Животные ухоженные. В определенное время их выгуливают по территории отеля. Бассейн хороший. Теплые источники очень порадовали. Завтраки вкусные, в основном китайская кухня и чуть-чуть европейской. Остались очень довольны этим местом. Спасибо за комфортный отдых!

第一次來海南，感覺很舒服！住的酒店在亞龍灣，周邊配套齊全，還可以自己做飯，這次公司團建就待在這裏了，晚上體驗了一下泳池

前台小陳姐姐很親切 還給我們升了房 有禮賓部的朋友一路拖着我們兩死沉的行李箱給介紹酒店設施，配套有温泉泳池，我們兩退房的時候把衣服落洗衣房了還幫忙找到了衣服然後給寄到下一個民宿了，服務態度很好，值得推薦，下次還來！

酒店升級為面向泳池的兩室一廳套房，太贊啦。
設施：泳池不大，但勝在有各種小動物，有安排與小動物們的互動活動，可愛萌翻了。另外在亞龍灣的酒店中，也是獨有的有温泉♨️泡池的一家，如果不是有那麼多的俄羅斯毛子搶佔，本來是很好的。
衞生：見到服務員認真地清潔。
環境：小環境不錯，周邊綠化也非常好。離亞龍灣海邊沙灘兩公里左右，酒店安排有班車接送，很棒。
服務：每個服務員都盡心盡責。唯一遺憾的是餐廳出品味道不夠理想。
