衞生：非常噁心，浴缸都是頭髮！枕套臟的，床頭臟的。服務態度很差。最氣的就是明明訂的是一線海景房，提前大半個月交代預留視線好點的海景房。結果，打開房間，一大片被前面的一棟樓遮住了，要求換房，看了另一間房也是差的要死，還要我加錢，我真的是服氣了！！！大家訂房可要注意了，實際房間是和圖片不符的！我是一定要打電話12**商家欺詐消費者！！！

基本都挺滿意的，但是接送客人的泊車服務太差，時間等得長不説，司機還忙着泡妞，看到美女就接，讓我和老婆在車上等，就是不送出島，耽誤了行程不説，還差點誤了機，這點一定要差評

Due to the location, the hotel is not good, the outside address is unclear, the hotel is old, and the swimming pool is not working. It was the most disappointing hotel in Hainan with a lot of wind. I didn't know where to get wireless room service.
