房間很大，設施比較新，離海邊很近，旁邊就是天涯小鎮，吃飯很方便，晚上海邊活動很多，沙灘很乾凈，適合小朋友遊玩

我在27號入住了酒店，當時我們是團隊入住。但酒店工作人員出了差錯，致使我的客户和我都得重新開新房間，這是第一天的糟心事。
到了2號早上，我發現這個問題後，就想退掉一個房間。可在攜程申請退款時卻被莫名拒絕，我讓酒店工作人員跟領導溝通協調，他們態度死板，完全不幫我爭取權益。我不想過多爭執，最後衹能無奈接受，就這樣白白多花了三天房費，一共1000多塊錢，這事兒讓我心裏特別不痛快。
還有一件事更讓我火大。1號晚上我喝了點酒，在外面抽完煙後，把衣服落在了某個地方，這是後來查監控才清楚的。2號早上我發現衣服不見了，便請酒店幫忙查找，可他們一直在推諉，聲稱沒時間。我要坐飛機回蓉，期間我也多次電話諮詢，下午4點多的時候才讓我發一段文字描述具體情況，一直到下午5點多，才告知我查看結果。期間服務員直截了當地説他們很忙，有空了再查。等查到監控才發現，收垃圾的把我的衣服當成垃圾收走了。那件衣服挺貴的，關鍵老婆才買的，就這麼沒了。這兩件事真的讓我很不舒了服...
