懷着滿心期待開啟這一趟出行，本想着入住後能有個舒適愜意的休息環境，可萬萬沒想到，這次的住宿體驗簡直糟糕透頂，讓我忍無可忍，必須要來寫一寫這個超級差評，給大家提個醒，千萬要避雷這家酒店
剛踏入房間，一股煙味就撲面而來，那薰得人直皺眉頭，瞬間就讓人對這個本該是温馨的“臨時小家”好感全無。本想着可能衹是剛進來還沒適應，打開窗户通通風應該就會好一些，然而，在開窗通風許久之後，那股味揮之不去，彷彿是這個房間自帶的“頑固標簽”。
再看看房間的衞生狀況，更是讓人火冒三丈。床鋪看似整理過了，可仔細一瞧，床單上居然還有一些不明的污漬，枕頭上也殘留着頭髮絲，這顯然就是打掃得極為敷衍，根本沒達到應有的清潔標準啊。地面也是，走幾步就能發現有不少灰塵和小碎屑，角落裡更是藏污納垢，彷彿已經很久沒有被清掃過了。衞生間更是重災區，馬桶周圍有着一圈明顯的污垢，洗手枱也水漬斑斑，鏡子上還殘留着之前客人留下的水漬痕跡，還有許多煙灰在地上躺在，整個衞生間看起來臟兮兮的，讓人連使用的慾望都沒有了。
而熱水供應的問題，更是給這次糟糕的住宿雪上加霜。旅途奔波後，本想舒舒服服地洗個熱水澡放鬆一下，可當我打開熱水開關，等了半天，出來的水依舊是涼颼颼的，反覆調試了許久，依然沒有熱水的蹤影。在寒冷的天氣裏，這無疑是讓人又氣又無奈，好好的洗漱計劃完全被打亂，衹能將就着用冷水簡單擦拭了一下，那種難受的感覺至今都記憶猶新。
但最讓人氣憤的還得是這裏的服務態度。發現這些問題後，我第一時間聯繫了前台，希望他們能夠儘快解決。可前台工作人員的迴應卻十分冷漠，草草説幾句就敷衍了事，最終事情一樣沒有解決
原本美好的出行，被這樣糟糕的住宿給蒙上了一層厚厚的陰影。花了錢卻沒能享受到應有的服務和舒適的環境，這真的太讓人失望了。我真心希望其他的朋友們在選擇住宿的時候能夠擦亮眼睛，避開這家各方面都如此差勁的地方，不要像我一樣有了這樣糟糕透頂的體驗，讓自己的旅程被破壞得一塌糊塗。總之，這家的服務、衞生以及硬件設施等各方面都完全不值得選擇，避雷！避雷！再避雷！

酒店前台的服務真是讓人印象深刻，工作人員總是耐心解答問題，並主動提供幫助。還主動為我們升級了房型，真是讓人感到驚喜。免費的停車場也為我們提供了極大的便利，這次住宿體驗真是太棒了！

過年期間去住3天，第一天入住，房間煙灰缸沒有清理。第二天也沒人打掃衞生。
電梯經常按不到想去的樓層。
房卡衹有第一天的時候能開房門，其他幾天都打不開，跟前台説也處理不了。
