一整個大無語！房間和網圖根本不一樣！！攜程標45平，攜程圖片有隔斷。實際房間就是一個25平左右的雙床塞了一個麻將桌進來！！我去找7樓前台，結果前台跟我説那個房間住完了！所以呢？我辦入住的時候為什麼不告知我那個房間沒有了，而是直接給我辦理入住塞到這個小房間裏來呢呢？？？
當天雙床房的房價就一百一十多塊錢，這麻將房我花199訂的，前台説讓我退攜程訂單，然後線下給我168開目前給我住的這個房間？？？？？網上110線下168？我是什麼大冤種嗎？我説按網上的給開可以嗎，前台説不行！
最後聯繫攜程客服，客服給我補了80塊現金，注意！是攜程補的，不是酒店！（感謝客服），所以實際入住我也是花了119的。
房間設施更別説了。馬桶不會自動沖水，馬桶本身的沖水按鍵沒反應（攜程客服説和酒店説了一會來修），馬桶遙控器每次用都得拆電池再放進去才能用。（19點的訊息，24點回復問我好了嗎？？？都沒人來修，怎麼好意思問我好了嗎？）
最最最重要的是，房間沒有熱水！！！！！放了半個小時的水！一滴熱水都沒有！！！間前台，前台説讓我去五樓洗……房間洗不行嗎，還得去五樓。我衹能洗了個涼水澡！！！什麼鬼酒店啊，連個熱水都沒有來用，房間不能洗還得跑去五樓公共淋浴房洗，社恐，算了洗個涼水澡吧，然後洗到一半突然停水了，仔細一看，熱水那邊停水了，真是服了！！！！！！還有房間淋浴間的水漏到馬桶間去濕了一地！面盆下方也是漏水。
房間煙感上不知道貼了個什麼紙，什麼衞生就不説了。最無語的是外賣不能上樓，外面會有人攔住不讓上樓。點個外賣還得下樓拿，心累！但是房間可以點1288和1888的飯菜套餐
攜程上標有的歡迎水果直到退房也沒見到面
