The hotel is very nice, the environment and service are also very good. It is a good place for vacation and the scenery is super beautiful. I will introduce it to my friends next time. The breakfast is also very good. I give it a big thumbs up.

The breakfast variety is not very much, but overall it is okay. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is in a great environment. It should be a good hotel in Fira. The room is large. The equipment is generally not equipped with a socket. The tap water is salty and has a relationship with the whole island. There are only blankets for quilts that no one likes. Overall it is recommended to stay.

We recently stayed at the Fileria and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here. It's also away from the crowds...

Santorini is a well and truly beautiful. Every corner you turn is another picturesque spot. No wonder people call it an Instagram island. Our experience with Hom started before we got there. We emailed the hotel numerous times prior to our arrival, they were helpful and efficient. Credits go to Faye and Mariza. The location of Hom is only minutes walk away from the main strand in Oia. Close enough to all the actions but yet it’s so quiet and secluded. There are only 13 rooms, adults only. Throughout our 5 days there, we have hardly seen anybody else. The swimming pool is stunning, what a way to enjoy the view by perching on the edge of the pool with a cold drink served by the friendly staff, Fabio, Chris and their team. We had a cave suit with a hot tub. It’s fresh, clean, modern and spacious. Bed was a bit too low and soft to my liking but overall quality was good. It might be trivial but the quality of the sun lounges was excellent. Hom is a beautiful place, we would love to return one day.

I was traveling alone, but the female staff from Egypt welcomed me very kindly, which I appreciated. On the way back, they also arranged a taxi so that I could make it in time for my flight, which was very helpful. I can only speak basic English, but I am very grateful for their patient assistance. The view was spectacular, and I was very impressed when I was shown to my room. However, the breakfast was quite simple, which was frankly disappointing. It was the off-season, and most of the shops were closed, so I was looking forward to the hotel's breakfast. It is located in a place that can only be reached by walking up a narrow and steep staircase, so it seems like it would be difficult to get around if you have a lot of luggage or are not confident in your physical strength.

The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

The view from the room is super beautiful. The counter staff was very friendly, as were the other restaurants and the cleaning staff. They know that we have a lot of luggage so help us move from the car, after checked out to help us put the car. The service was really good! Breakfast also makes us feel especially rich. Although the stairs are difficult to walk, they are still recommended!

The hotel is beautiful, especially the scenery, and the house is in Mediterranean style. The hotel's service is also very good. When I contact customer service on WhatsApp, they respond promptly. Another very important point is that many hotels on Holy Island have different room types in different locations, so you have to contact the hotel after getting off the airport, otherwise it will be difficult to find the location. As for their breakfast, they will send someone to deliver it around nine o'clock every day. Remember to put it in the refrigerator if it is not finished, otherwise there will be a lot of ants (personal experience). Overall, it is pretty good.

Caldera Premium Villa is located in the center of Oia, overlooking the volcano. It offers a swimming pool and accommodation with Cycladic décor. Room balconies offer Caldera and Aegean Sea views. The accommodation and views are great. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. The breakfast provided by the hotel was outstanding. My only complaint is that the location of the hotel is halfway up the cliff, which requires a lot of stairs before you get there. Staff will greet you on arrival and take your luggage, but you may find it difficult to navigate if you have bad knees etc. Other than that, an amazing place in the world.

Great location, it's on the main road in centre of Oia. You won't miss it even you checked in at midnight. Restaurants, souvenirs stores, supermarkets, ATMs all near by within mins of walk. Breath taking Caldera sea view although no sunset view. Hot tub is really hot around 35~38C, not just warm as other hotels. However you must be very very careful when get in and out of the outdoor hot tub on the upper deck as there is no stairs, you have to climb into the tub and step on the bench when you get out. My husband fell down because of the slippery bench and non stable cushion on top of the bench especially no handle or rail to hold on the wall. He could only hold the small table when fell down and the wine glass fell down and broke as well. It could be a tragedy but luckly he didn't hurt. The staffs reacted fast and clean up immediately. They cared about our safety regardless we brought them extra work. The service is excellent! Great staffs at the bar, house keeping and reception! Breakfast time is at your own choice. You'll need to order a 3 selections breakfast and 1 drink when checkin. Breakfast is on the patio right in front of our room with seaview by the pool. It's a once in a life time experience, feel like celebrities having vacation in a 10 stars hotel by the Aegean Sea. Pool water is too cold to swim in April. The shower area is a bit old and paint peeling, bed is too soft and we couldn't sleep well. Welcome drinks, bottle of wine in the room, 1 bottle of beer, soda,2 bottles of water and cokes in the mini bar are all included. Overall it is a wonderful stay and we look forward to stay again.
