Nice hotel with good view and location. Service was very good. But the jacuzzi in my room did not work, the hotel could not do any help about it.

Excellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

Based on the local conditions, the hotel is pretty good. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the center of Fira town, and the nearby attractions are also convenient. There are many restaurants to choose from, and the breakfast provided by the owner is shown in the picture. The room faces the volcanic island. The owner's wife is very enthusiastic. Because the car cannot directly enter the front door of the hotel, she called to send someone to move the luggage. We had a flight at 6 o'clock in the morning, and she also arranged someone to help contact the driver to move the luggage and send it to the airport.

The hotel is in a great location, facing the volcano and not far from the town center. The church is nearby and you can often hear the melodious church bells. The room is not small and well-equipped. The breakfast was delivered to the balcony of the room at a scheduled time, which was exquisite and rich. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk when we checked in, and it took a while for someone to come after calling. However, when we went there, it was the off-season, the whole island was in a semi-dormant state, and there were few tourists, so it was understandable. We had to go to the airport very early on the day we left the hotel, and the store also sent us a packed breakfast, which was very considerate.

Many B&Bs and hotels are closed due to the off-season, but since they are open and can be booked, we should be prepared, right? We booked a day in advance and arrived at the hotel at around 2 pm. The workers were still cleaning the swimming pool after we checked in. The room was sprayed with a special fragrance as soon as we entered, which made us dizzy. It was much better after opening the balcony door. It was a bit cold to sleep at night, and there was a blanket. The air conditioner was automatic and was 26℃, but!!! This outdoor unit was just outside, like a motorcycle driving past, buzzing and not sleeping well. It may be the off-season, and we called a taxi for 30 euros. 1 star for the service front desk and the luggage carrier (I gave a tip), 1 star for the scenery, which is really beautiful, and the town of Fira is close to the commercial street and has a good location. For 19 years, I have lived in a place a little bit away from Santorini, like a castle, at least I can't hear the sound of the air conditioner.

The room is clean and beautiful, with the sea as the window. The breakfast is served in the room and is quite rich. The spa is a little not hot enough in winter. The balcony is comfortable, and you can watch the sea, sunrise and sunset without going outside. The location is very convenient to the city center attractions. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the parking lot. It is like this here. Google map will take you to the end of a road and you need to walk 2 minutes.

Very good, very good. There is a bathtub on the balcony, and someone will help clean it every day, and you can see the most beautiful sunset from the balcony. The location is also very good, very close to the town center. The service is also good. Breakfast is room service. It is also very delicious. Highly recommended, I will stay here again next time 😊

Facilities: There is a private pool at the door of each room. Although it is not the private balcony and swimming pool I thought, it is not bad. The room is fully equipped with various disposable items, and there is also a kettle. It is not easy to have these things in Greece. Since there was only one cheapest room left when I booked the room, the location is at the corner of the two rooms, which is not as good as the rooms next to it, but it does not prevent you from walking out a few steps to see the beautiful scenery. Hygiene: The room is very clean and the swimming pool is also clean. Environment: The hotel on the cliff has beautiful scenery. It takes about 15 minutes to walk through the main road and small road after getting off the bus. The taxi can go to the small road at the back door of the hotel, and it only takes 2 minutes to walk in. Service: The front desk and the waiter are very enthusiastic. Although our English is not good and we can only communicate with the translator, we said that we would leave by plane at 8:30 the next morning and needed a taxi. The front desk immediately booked a taxi at 6:45 the next morning and arranged for the waiter to help us take our luggage out. The service was very thoughtful. Because we missed breakfast that day, we were given some airplane meals. We needed water after going out, so we told the front desk and they immediately sent two bottles of water to the room. It was a pity that we didn't use a bottle of water and were not allowed to return it.
