Had a lovely stay here, the staff were hospitable and it was easy to find. Lovely rooms

The blue-domed church is at the doorstep, and the beach is just past it. It's very convenient. Because we arrived too late, the boss came to pick us up. We waited inside while he waited outside. Then the phone call didn't go through or get through, so we could only find a hotel nearby to stay for one night. The boss was very good and didn't charge me for the car fare. The room was very clean and big, with a small kitchen, which was very convenient.

The photos look very beautiful, but it is actually a very poor accommodation, just like a domestic hotel, the shower room, bed sheets, quilts, and pillows are all dirty, I don't recommend staying here

Very good accommodation environment, the seaside is at the door, you can swim to your heart's content The room is clean and everything is ready. There is a bus stop at the door cost-effective

Firstly the positives. Dimitri is friendly and helpful, easy pick up from the airport and told us about the few restaurants that were open. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had a lovely view. Everything was clean and cleaned daily which is lovely. Amazing location too - just a short walk to everything!!! Now - the less good. The shower was not good at all. It took around 10mins to warm up and then was either scalding hot or cold. The hook that held the shower on the wall was insufficient and pointed towards the wall. The water just dribbles out and I struggled to wash my hair. Also - I was in room 7 and there’s no shower curtain….. the bathroom is underwater before you’ve even got in the shower. The window didn’t stay shut and blew in the wind banging all night long. The shutters in another room also banged all night….. Just needs a little bit of love. We did enjoy our stay though.

Villa Dima is one of the most recognizable apart-hotel located in Perissa beach. The rooms are traditional rooms and studios with kitchen or without and have breathtaking views. Dimitri is providing excellent service and genuine hospitality. We feel like at home. Thank you

This is the second time I have stayed at Villa Dima. I CANNOT RECOMMEND highly enough. It is clean, safe, friendly, minutes from the beach and buses. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Santorini and am already looking to book for next year. It you can go to Villa Dima...then go!

We stayed 4 nights at Vila Dima in Room 8. The room is perfect for 2 people, with private bathroom and desk for work, there is also a fridge and kittle. The tea and coffee is provided also. The best beach Perissa black beach is just 200m away, the restaurants and shops are near by. The location is perfect !

This place is amazing - a paradise: a wonderful location, chill out place, a cosy small hotel with everything you need including a breakfast with fresh ingredient and very god coffee . We felt so comfortable, the kids loved it too! There is a playground just 2 min away from hotel. We were lucky to meet Margarita, who is wonderful and offered us homemade chocolate cake! Communication was fast, easy, reliable. Thea beach is 2 min walking. We would definitely come again! Thanks

Studios are nice, clean, standard style, little kitchen with fridge available, good enough considering the price. Owner Dimitri and his daughter Sophia are kind and he can bring and pick up from the airport or port. Location is perfect, close to Perissa beach, to several shops, bus stop and supermarket. Bathrooms are small but clean and smell nice. Breakfast is providing at the breakfast room near the reception with a beautiful view to the bluedome church. Thank you

Very convenient location. Dimitri was a very nice at the reception helping us with taxi and suggest us a good restaurants around. He also organized an ATV delivery to the hotel. the breakfast was good with very good coffee and an amazing greek yogurt with honey. we had an amazing vacation at Villa Dima. Thank you

This is a wonderful 3-star hotel: It's very clean, with a great view, very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Lovely breakfast and view from the. balcony; great and friendly staff who arranged trips for us. Be sure to ask for the bus tour of the island, personally given by the hotel's owner Dimitri. And the boat tour around the island are unmissable... You can just stroll down to the beach for evening dinners - very relaxing. If you ask, they'll perform their own taxi service for you: pick you up and drop you back to the airport for you, so that's one less thing to worry about. In summary, it is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful place. I highly recommend.

We have been to this wonderful hotel twice and there are no words to describe the wonderful experience. Everything is perfect, the rooms, the breakfast, the views, but nothing compares to the treatment of the entire team led by Dimitri. They make us feel part of their family. Without a doubt the best hotel on the entire island.
